I had a great experience at AAAA Universe! My salesman was Samir and he gave us a great price on our tv! I always check for the best prices around and we saved $ 500 compared to Brandsmart, Best Buy and Amazon! I’ll only shop here for tv’s!

If you want to go to some huge warehouse store or some flashy retailer, this is not your place. If you are looking for the absolute best prices, good honest service, and no hassle, this is your place. AAAA Universe mostly deals in wholesale export, but they do have a small showroom for the retail public. I bought a TV here, and it was several hundred less than «Worst Buy» and still less than the big box wholesale stores where membership is required. My friend recently bought a stove, stackable laundry, and fridge in one visit. They cut him a deal and even threw in some extras. I highly recommend AAAA.

not impressed at all.
the store is very small, although by the outside you think you are about to walk into a huge mega store, that is not the case.
they have a few washer/​dryers, some small appliances, and some refrigerators. not much for selection. its mainly tv’s and the prices are not even all that great.
there are many employees, which seems excessive since we were the only customers in the store on sunday afternoon.
the only reason for the 2nd star is there is great parking and plenty of spots available.
skip this place.

I was a bit disappointed. I visited this store when it was originally incredible universe and it was amazing. The deals now are ok, nothing special and the showroom is very small. It’s a huge warehouse… Hopefully they expand their showroom soon

With the horrible traffic during the holiday season, I was very reluctant to drive out of the way to AAAA Universe. I am so glad I did. The selection was decent but more importantly, the prices were great. Having an iPhone like most people now days, I was able to compare their prices to everyone else’s while I was in the store. I ended up buying two tv’s and various other things. Another great thing, for me, was they had a HUGE selection of floor models with tremendous discounts. I would definitely recommend for you to make the drive out there.

Fortuantely I had a recent trip to Brandsmart researching tv prices for my sister. I had heard AAAA Universe had good deals so I decided to compare. First of all their large percentage of stock are LG products. Secondly they advertise wholesale prices but the few models I noted their prices and checked at home and the brandsmart list and this place was $ 50 + more. The set up is not very professional or easy to navigate and the staff seems to me more focused on packing up stock and rearranging that trying to make a sale. Don’t waste your time.
