Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza

I have lived here for 1 year now and this is definately the best pizza and wings in Miami. They have a very nice selection of craft beers and the bar staff is always amazing! My days here are numbered so I’m going to try and get in here as often as possible before I leave.
Pizza selections are great and always fresh. Carmalized onion wings are must!

Just like all the other locations in have been to located in Doral.
If you plan on coming for lunch get here before 12 cause the parking spaces go fast. The parking lot is small with small spaces not ideal for large cars or trucks. You can park on the street if you’re lucky to find a spot. They only have wine and beer No Full Bar!
I order the chicken wings with sautéed onions and comes with focaccia bread! So Delicious! The meatballs and salad are also good appetizers. My favorite pizza besides the Cheese is the Paul and Your Ron. It’s a pizza topped with sausage, mini meatballs, and your choice of hot or sweet peppers. So Good.

Anthony’s mistaken pizza was this place for me lol. I ordered online and when got there the order was messed up. They were nice enough to give me the wrong order and a new order the correct one. I ended up with four pizzas, even my cat got some which is questionable for some people that of giving cats human pizza but what the heck, life’s too short.
Pizza was extremely oily. And a little bit salty. I am a wide known Italian and pizza snob so needless to say this place did not pass. The service is nice and I can see how a family could have a nice evening or some teens can stop here prior getting drunk and being silly the rest of the night.
Parking is good too, so even if you just go for a pick up you get your own space.

Good place and nice theme. Menu is slightly overpriced but it’s worth to try once. They got professional staff :) cheers

How can you go wrong with pizza and beer?! No matter which location of Anthony’s you are visiting, the quality and taste of the food is exactly the same — outstanding!
A few things that are staples when we come — anything with the eggplant and the wings. The wings are mouthwatering. They aren’t typical bar buffalo style wings, instead they take the wings and marinade them in olive oil, herbs and spices and then bake them in the coal oven. They serve them with these delicious warm flatbreads and caramelized onions. While I tend to be finicky with standard buffalo style wings — not the case with Anthony’s wings. I could easily eat a small order myself without any regard! The pizzas are fabulous — you can even get half and half of two different types of pizzas to appease groups. Salads are always fresh and ginormous!
The beers are priced reasonable and they have a good selection — this location had one local brew on draft as a special for $ 4. When we were here, it was the Wynwood La Rubia.
Service is always excellent and friendly. There’s not too much I can say about Anthony’s that hasn’t already been said!

Delicious pizza! Hostess was really friendly, courteous and helpful over the phone and at time for pick up. Only issue was a misquoted time, they said 20min and it really took over 40 min for my take-​out. She did offer water while I waited and kept my dessert in the fridge :)

Lesley G was probably the best waitress I have had. Not only did she keep my date laughing the entire time she made our experience one of a kind! We will be back again to see here and the amazing meatball and mozzarella pizza.

Haven’t had time to sit down and write a review in a while, but I was at this Anthony’s a couple of months ago. I sat at the bar with a bubbly and friendly bartender named Jen (she’s awesome). Had a couple of beers (awesome craft selection) and a tomato caprese salad. I will most definitely be back!

Very good pizza! Even though it was full we were seated quickly by a very nice and courteous host. Our waiter was very nice as well, accommodating and fast. We had the oven roasted wings with caramelized onions which were indeed as good as the reviews indicated. We also ordered a large half cheese half veggies and it was great. Pizza sauce and crust from scratch (as it should be) and toppings were fresh. The place has a good vibe, servers are fast, attentive and knowledgeable. The kitchen is open and the staff seem to enjoy what they do and are upbeat and even posed for pictures! The oven is impressive. Nice small bar area, about 8 tvs with a game on. I found it a tad bit dark but easily forgiven.

I come here often for lunch, whether take out or dine-​in. They have wonderful lunch specials. My favorite order is the Anthony’s Favorites sandwich made with foccacio bread, prociutto and a chunk of mozzarella cheese, soooo delicious. If you love craft beers make sure you have a glass of Funky Buddha’s Fuggetaboutit made exclusively for Anthony’s.

Get the wings!!! Easily memorable. And cauliflower pizza was original and delicious. Don’t know how they make cauliflower on a pie taste so darn good. Wait staff was on point and took pride in what they were serving.

I was only in Doral for two weeks for work but I felt compelled to go to Anthony’s twice the food was so good. I first tried the Paul and Young Ron pizza. The photos really don’t do the pizza justice. The pizza is fairly thin but very sturdy. Its sturdiness is even more impressive when you feel how heavy and substantial the toppings are. Yet the pizza holds together perfectly. The Paul and Young Ron pizza with spicy pepper (you can do sweet) has amazing flavor. The meatballs are delicious and fresh. The restaurant has an nice selection of craft beers on draft and more in bottles.
Although the pizza was great I had to try their wings. I’m glad I did because they were fantastic. Nicely seasoned, perfectly crisped. The ciabatta bread was a nice edition. My only criticism is you can’t get any buffalo sauce on the side for the wings, and they (like many high tier pizza joints) don’t offer ranch to dip pizza in.
If you are in the doral area, you should definitely try Anthony’s. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but the food is superb.

I was in the area came to check this place out and had four meatballs that come with flatbread. I really expected more since someone recommend this place, the meatballs were not great at all they smelled too much like meat I can not stand that! I was eating them and the smelled empowered its taste. On a brighter note the pizza was pretty good.

Great pizza, chicken wings and ricotta meatballs. I love their red sangria. The service is always good.

Pizza is consistently good since they opened till last time I went, that says a lot.
Been to several Anthony’s. They’re all really good.

This was the first place we ever ate when we moved to this town. I still remember having the roasted cauliflower pizza and it was mind blowing. After that, the 4 times we have been to this place have not been disappointing.
Wish they would have a full bar though!
I have had quite a few pizzas from their menu and everyone of them have been excellent!
Though my personal favorite is still the Roasted cauliflower pizza! Perfectly burnt cauliflower with a bit of char on the outside and steamingly cooked on the inside, the pizza is as good a cauliflower pizza as i have ever had.
And how can I forget the Anthonys Original Coal Oven Roasted Chicken Wings! Wow! the taste of carmalized onions on the wings, the bread on the side, and the flavor of coal on the wings itself! Delightful!
And the other favorite would be the Italian Tuna Salad Sandwich — perfectly seasoned and soft bread to go with the sandwich!
The only other thing I feel they can improve is their service. There have been more than one occasion where we were not served water or were served cold water when we specifically asked for warm water. And where we had to step out of our table to find someone to help us. However, this seems to be unique to Weston joint on crowded days. I went once to the joint near NW 27^th st in Miami for lunch and service was perfect!

TIP — Call and book in advance as getting a table on weekends in Weston is difficult. And ask them to get all the food together since a bite of Pizza along with the wings tastes wonderful as well!

Love coming here for lunch and dinner. Restaurant is cozy and dimly lit, which I love. It’s a great spot for lunch. The only bad thing here is that the parking is absolutely terrible to find a spot at times. But as far as the restaurant, it’s always good. Food comes out fast and is always tasty.

It’s packed and loud and crazy for a reason: the food and service are great.
Friday favorite to meet my friends who practice law nearby. Recommend the salads and chicken wing.

I went at about 2:00 pn a weekday and it was empty. The service was ok. I asked to please have the salad i had ordered before the pizzas and it didnt happen that way. I did not see my server, a young lady, again until the pizzas were ready. The pizzas were very good though. The salad instead i have had better at some other Anthony’s but it wasnt bad, just not the best. Regardless, i know i will probably be back. I love pizza, and i love theirs. Maybe next time with some other server I can give them the 5 stars.
