Bank of America

I was very displeased with the customer service and attentiveness of this branch. I scheduled my appointment at 1:00pm, Jan 7^th 2016. I arrived 10 minutes earlier than my appointment to ensure punctuality and time essence. When I arrived, four other BOA customers were hovering over the front desk representative. I was standing/​waiting for 10 minutes to realize I was now finally late to my appointment while the representative was on the phone taking care of the customers in front of her. I quickly became agitated as I realized the front desk representative hadn’t even greeted/​acknowledged my presence. I went around her and stood there, waiting for her to acknowledge me when suddenly the current BOA customer she was dealing with, made the remark «I believe the line is behind me». I quickly responded «I’m aware, I just have an appointment at 1:00pm which I am late to». The representative, still on the phone, turned around and said «I’ll be right with you when I’m finished with them» and continued to do what she was doing, which ended up with her checking the wait time of a different branch (which could have been done by the customers themselves). Five minutes later, she attended me and said to have a seat as someone will be with me when available. Thankfully, I asked how long the wait time was, in which she mentioned to me would be 15 minutes before I can be helped. She said «someone called in sick and we are working with one less person». All in all, I ended up re-​scheduling my appointment because, I went on my lunch break with the intentions the duration of the appointment would be 30 mins, not 45 minutes or an hour like it would have been today. Never coming back to this branch.

Do not come here during your lunch break. You will not eat. 2 tellers total in one long line. Manager is careless and didn’t greet me as I walked in the bank on purpose as she stood stupidly with nothing to do. Please call and complain to corporate or headquarters about this slow location. Oh and they DO NOT attend to you through the drive thru window if your NOT a bank of america customer. This bank sucks !!! No wonder this community is rude.

Terrible! Went here on my lunch break — 2 tellers total! People were nice, but no one was in a hurry! Unreal, you’ve got to staff-​up for the lunch crowd in Doral! There were 5 managers/​customer service reps just standing around in the lobby! If it wasn’t a bank, I’d take a photo!!!
Absolutely Terrible!!!

I have been a customer of B of A for over 10 years. This is by far the worse branch I’ve been to. I came in for a temporary debit card and I’ve been sitting here for about 45 minutes. The bank is empty. This is unbelievable! I have heard 2 people walk in, wait and just get up and leave due to the horrible customer service. Ugh!

I have never been a customer of BofA. I went into this branch to make a deposit (cash) for someone else. First, as mentioned in the other review, they do not keep deposit slips out, so I had to wait for someone to give it to me. I completed it and went to the teller. She put the money through the machine and said I gave her the wrong amount (that the amount I put on the slip did not match what the machine stated.) I asked for the money back and she stated I was short. I asked for the money again and she told me again I was short. I asked for the money a third time and she finally gave it to me. I counted the money in front of her, and then she counted it — both of us getting the same amount — the amount I listed on the deposit slip. She then reset the machine and it gave the correct amount. I made a comment that the machine was wrong and I was correct. She ignored me. She never offered an apology and she was rude to me the entire time. As I took my receipt I told her that machines are not always correct and that it would not hurt for them to double check something before they tell a customer (or potential customer) that they are wrong, especially since I was not. After I left she called the account holder and told him I was rude to her. When he called me we laughed that when I used my brain I was better off than their machines.

WOW!!! We’ve been a client of BofA for a while and it’s easier staying than leaving, but man!!! they are going backwards instead advancing… first, you can’t make deposits at the window if you don’t have a deposit slip cause «they can’t hand them out anymore at the window»…then when you go inside, they are super slow, nice but slow. Now the new thing today was that, the person that’s at the front desk, who’m usually was able to take your deposit, if it was cks only, can no longer do that… then, on top of that, when you are making a DEPOSIT, they ask if it’s your own account (what difference does it make) and if you have ID… what in the world do I need an ID for when I’m making a deposit… UNBELIEVABLE!!!
