Catering the Event

We have a dog party. Yes a dog party. A Glorious Day. Catering the Event was up to the task. With 30 dogs running around, 100 guest drank Delaplaine Champagne and ate freshly shucked oysters on the dock. Susan Bleemer and her staff carved up steak tenderloin for us and spam for the dogs! Her waiters passed dozens of savory hot hors d’oeuvres for us and buckets of home made doggie biscuits for the pooches! It was a great party. Happy Birthday Elvis. CATERING THE EVENT can handle any event with ease. I have used them many times. Because they do the job!!! And do it well!

OH MY GOD AMAZING! I think that pretty much sums up how incredible Susan Bleemer and her staff at Catering the Event are! I have been using her for 6 years and will NEVER use anyone else. I have to say, I am a very detail oriented, obsessive compulsive «everything has to be perfect» kind of client, and Susan and her team outdo themselves everytime! I never have to worry about anything at a dinner party or event with Catering The Event. It makes throwing parties seem effortless. I HIGHLY recommend booking Susan for your next party. From the amazing food, to themes, to décor, Susan has it all!

I go to 25 to 30 events in Miami every year, last week I had the opportunity to attend A Night in Bollywood, a fundraiser to benefit the Sunilis Home Orphans. The night was fabulous, but what stood out for me was the food.

we have had the opportunity to enjoy their food at various events and have never been disappointed! everything we have tasted has been delicious! if we had to chose one as our best, it would be difficult… but on top of list would be the Fillet Mignon!!! This is cooked to a tender perfection melt in your mouth consistency! no matter what you like well, med well, which ever — you can get the piece you prefer… then there are the tortellinis! these are generously filled with meat or cheese and then placed on a creamy pink or white sauce (we have had both!) — Executive Chef is Susan Bleemer and she is amazing! even their appetizer courses! cheese trays — these consist of top quality cheeses! the crab brie!!! my mouth is watery right now thinking of this deliciously bubbly dish!!! i can go on and on about her food but i do want to get in a bit about her style!!! she not only makes sure to serve delicious tasty food, she truly cares about presentation!!! it is fabulous how you can give her a theme you have in your head and she turns any venue into that theme and even better than you even thought!!! and if you really have no idea, just sit and talk to her, im sure she can come up with something!!! she is a very hard worker and so is her staff… i highly recommend her catering services for any occasion you need…
