Thanks to Dermalaser I cured all of my skin issues. The staff, specifically Stephanie, takes her time in explaining all of the products or procedures available for your type of skin. You never feel rushed, they invest their time in you, they offer hands down the best customer service I have had at a Spa and they are very transparent and ‘real’ which is very refreshing to find in a city like Miami. You never feel pushed to buy anything you don’t want to buy, and the prices are very reasonable. I never write reviews, but I was so impressed with their salon, service and products that I truly feel that they deserve all of the recognition. Thank you Stephanie and Dermalaser for this incredible experience!

I had a hair removal once. I really like the service here, the place so clean, the atmosphere was so relaxed. No hurt, staffs were so friendly and helpful. I would like to come back more to have other services that they offered, you should try

La atencion es muy Buena, al igual que el lugar totalmente en armonia, con aromas relajantes y todo muy lindo, se puede encontrar el tratamiento ideal para cada persona, facilmente aclarar cualquier duda ya que tienen amplio conopcimiento en los procedimientos que realizan, el personal bastante amable y ademas buena locacion con estacionamiento siempre disponible para los clients del spa.

I have never once had a bad experience coming to the office. The staff are all competent and eager to help, especially Stephanie! I have used several of the services offered including the vela shape treatment and laser hair removal, and I am 100% satisfied with the outcome of both those services. I would recommend this spa to anyone tired of going to a spa and leaving more stressed than they came in. I will continue to be a loyal customer for as long as they’re open. ¹⁰⁄₁₀
