They managed to mess up my drink twice and my wife’s drink as well. The other dunkin donuts we tried in Miami were excellent. This one I wouldn’t come back to. To give the workers the benefit of the doubt, they were very busy.

The donuts weren’t that good. They were a bit flavorless and dry. I was pretty disappointed because I usually have good experiences at this franchise.

I wouldn’t normally consider reviewing a place like Dunkin Donuts unless it was a horrid place but I frequent this shop for coffee so much I figured it’s time for a review. I usually come here for a regular hot coffee or a Box O-Joe. When I ask for the box I always request half decaf and half regular which they told me Dunkin won’t do but they always honor my weird requests. A large hot coffee with sugar and enough crème to make it a beige color is ALWAYS right to order. Overall I give these guys 5 stars because they are clean, quick to take your order, accept payment and brew your coffee in lightening speed with friendly, helpful staff to polish this Dunkin Donuts into shape. Great management!

Since this is a franchise, there’s nothing new to say about the menu. However, I’m reviewing the location itself. I frequent this dunkin donuts pretty much every other morning as it’s on my way to work. I must say; there’s been a slight improvement in service. A smile is still hard to come by, but I can tell they’re at least trying. What has not improved is the constant gnat bugs flying over the the donuts(they’re the tiny bugs that look like«flying dots»). I told the cashier and her response was: «si, si… esos siempre estan alli», translation: we know they’re there, we don’t care, next customer in line. So now I only buy bagels, breakfast sandwiches prepared to order, and coffee. As delicious and cheap the donuts are, I don’t wanna eat Gnat Donuts.

What? did I taint my account with a review of Dunkin Donuts? Yep, indeed I did. There is really not much to write about this place, it is one the most well known donut franchises in the universe so, nothing new about that. I guess the best couple of things about this place are: It is on my way home from my training ride so I can grab a quick refueling bite and since I am on my return from burning a bunch a calories, it tastes good and it is well earned. It is also quite ubiquitous in my daily routine, a go to place to pick up a cup of coffee, mid morning snack or maybe even a sandwich for a quick lunch. Spotty service, thus three stars, but in the end, it is DD, and that’s all I have to say about that.

For 3 days in a row this place didn’t have croissants. Unforgivable! Other than the amazing hot regular coffee, I go to Dunkin Donuts to eat a pretty decent croissant sandwich. What a rip! Yeah, yeah. I can go to another Dunking Donuts a mile down, but who has the time to do that when you’re pressed for time. Customer service here is OK. They never seem to smile. I think it’s just a Miami area thing. They’re fast though. I’m in and out like lightning! Funny thing… I hardly ever get a donut at Dunkin Donuts. It’s been awhile, but I think I’m indifferent towards them. They didn’t make me gag, but they didn’t make me euphoric either.

Its Double Ds… what can I say. Located in a busy shopping center on 87thAVE and 25thST, it’s located right by my work so I tend to go there a lot. Here’s the story: You walk in, get mad dogged by about 5 or 6 cops then have to figure out how to work your way through the assembly line. As you reach the front of the line some of the ladies working there begin to target you for there Friday night menu but that’s OK. Now for the actual products: –Donuts: I pick up two dozen freshly made donuts at around 6am for 10 bones. You can’t beat the variety or the seasonal recipes –Coffee: This is what I’m actually all about. A small or medium black coffee will get your through the morning with ease, Cappuccinos aren’t bad either. –Service: The people working there are prompt and professional –Parking: For the early types, more than enough, fore the later types you may have to park around back of the shopping center.

I had a very bad experience at this particular DD. The men’s bathroom was filthy(pee on the toilet seat, no TP) and I had to ask 3 times over the course of a half hour to have it cleaned. When they finally did, they used the floor mop to mop the floors in the bathroom and then just wipe off the toilet seat with the same mop leaving it totally wet. The employees there just do not care, which makes me fearful of their cleanliness while making donuts.

Its Dunkin’ Donuts. No more, no less. Gotta love their chocolate glazed cake donuts. Classic. The service has been hit or miss, but again. its Dunkin’ Donuts. The donuts are delicious and cheap, always a hero you will be when you walk into work with a box of these. We have ordered boxes of coffee and boxes of donuts for our office meetings, and they always run out. Since Krispy Kreme closed down this is the place I will stop to pick up donuts.

Four to five days a week you can count on me stopping in at Dunkin Donuts — depends on whether I want to get off the car in the morning :) I love this place mainly because all the employees get to know the customers. They know what you order and they are very quick in getting you out the door. My extra large coffee with cream and four equals — delicious! The place is usually busy especially as it gets closer to Friday, but i’ll take it any day of the week. Its also very clean and there is a lot of parking in this strip mall. I’ll take this Dunkin any day over the one on Alton Road on the beach — rude employees, dirty, no parking, busy, you name it.
