I placed an order for delivery, simple… Cuban sandwich with fries. After waiting close to an hour I called back and the woman said that the order had gone out. I mentioned to her that a coworker had placed an order way after mine and it had been delivered to which she said it was another driver. Another 20 minutes past when the order arrived and it was the same driver that had come before. Food was cold like if they had just put it together, sandwich was like a cold ham And cheese sandwich. Not even deserving a one star. Stay away from this place!

The best Churrasco I’ve had in a long time. Food is always great when I come here. A little GEM in the Doral industrial warehouse area.

I ordered a Cuban sandwich and 2 ham croquettes. They forgot my croquettes but charged me for it. After calling them to advise they said they will resend it… it’s been over an hour and I’m still waiting for them to deliver it. The Cuban sandwich is not as good as the 1st time I had it. They also got cheap with the thin fries that comes with the sandwich. So much for a happy Friday lunch. :(Yes, they have disappointed me (A LOT)!
BTW, I waited 3 hours and the other part of my order never came. Totally unacceptable!

Soo I have never actually been to the restaurant but we order pretty often for delivery! I cannot believe how FAST they are for delivery!!! I feel at times I am just hanging up the phone and my food is walking in! For the most part, I have no complain breakfast, is fresh delicious and did I mention FAST!!! I became a huge fan during my pregnancy when I really didn’t want to get up to pick up lunch but I wanted food, NOW!
