I am closing on my first home purchase today June 10, 2016 and I was referred to Jeff by a co-​worker. What a blessing the referral was. Jeff was extremely professional, prompt to respond to any and all questions I had, and he treats you as if you are family. The process is never easy, but Jeff came through on his part with flying colors, now if we could just get a title company and an insurance company that is as professional as Jeff and Expert mortgage Group, that would be a miracle.

I wanted to refinance my house and I was referred to Jeff Lieberman /​Expert Mortgage by a co-​worker and it was the best decision I made contacting Mr. Lieberman. He made the process of refinancing my house very easy and stressless. I am a new home owner and had many, many questions and he was in constant communication with me through every step of the process. Buying a home is never easy but Jeff and his team made the loan process as smooth as possible. They were always available to explain the purpose and intricacies of the paperwork and he always called me back within 24 hours. Our goal was to close in 30 days and we accomplished it without any lender based problems. Can’t recommend Jeff and his team any more!

I can happily say I finally closed after two years of frustrations with short sale attempts, low appraisals, and surprises upon inspection. And the entire time, Jeff stuck with me, giving me advice, preparing loan paperwork, etc. He never took more than a day to respond to an e-​mail, and in most cases, he responded within an hour, and often within minutes.
He found me a great rate, patiently answered all of my questions about my options and the paperwork, and knew exactly how to prepare for and handle the underwriter’s demands.
In a typical city, he’d be considered «excellent». But in Miami, where it’s hard to find honest and reliable people, he’s beyond superb!
I referred him to a friend who also had a very positive experience.
