I was a little disappointed yesterday when I went to this Office Depot in Doral. I didn’t like it because it was dirty and the store was very unorganized. The staff is friendly but some are lazy about 10% of them are lazy. I probably won’t come back

I went to this location yesterday around 4pm. The only thing that stuck out to me that I felt was quite inappropriate was when the store manager disciplined and complained about an employee in front of myself and my friend. I work as a manager myself and that’s a big no no. I felt bad for the kid. Guess he was a floater .he rang someone up to help but stepped away before realizing I had walked up to register to pay. The manager then came to register and disciplined me by saying look the light is off that means this register isn’t open… but I will ring you up(obviously sounding like I inconvenienced him) he then looked at employee saying he shouldn’t of walked away he knows better. Unprofessional.

It took me 23 minutes(timed) to print out 10 pages. The lady at the business center seemed overwhelmed and even though they had 4 employees standing around, no one offered to help her or help bring the line down. Teamwork works wonders when it comes to customer service !!!

Omg, quite possibly the WORST office supply store ever. Just this branch, though, not the entire chain! You can’t bother the employees to actually help you locate something, don’t even ask. And good luck sifting through their wreck of a store to find anything on your own. And get ready to wait for an absurd amount of time because 10 out of the 12 employees are on a break(or AWOL, for whatever reason) while 45 people line up to buy a pack of Scotch tape. Absolutely ridiculous. I avoid this place at all costs.

I am a very picky customer when it comes about customer service and my experience at Office Depot yesterday was more than great. I felt like I was in Disney. No jokes. the personnel was extremely courteous. They immediately realized that I was trying to find something and approached to me offering assistance. They all smiled(a thing that for me is a must). I felt welcomed to the store! I will only use office Depot from now own, they do have the Customer service I always looked for. I found what I needed(color metal rings). I could not helped telling the cashier how pleased I was with the service and she(Nancy) was really happy about it and asked me to ring the bell and told me what that was for. I did and Everybody in the store made applauded and hurrayed! I love it! AWESOMEAWESOMEAWESOME. Thanks for that training to you employees. This is the store I was looking for! To please me with great customer service you have to be a pro because I am a customer service specialist And you store past and exceed expectations way beyond! Great Job to all these guys! This is a fairly standard office supply store, and I’m not sure what you’re expecting when you shop here. I take away a point because their copy/photo printing center is poorly organized and we wasted a great deal of time trying to get some pictures printed before having to give up because their machine was eating the photo paper.

I REALLY hate to give this place such a low rating but despite the vast amount of employees and their kindness, they are REALLY inefficient. I only came to this place instead of OfficeMax to laminate the rest of my favor project because it was on my way to the post office. But JEEZ! I shouldn’t have done it… First, they have a ton of employees… but why only two working the registers when there are two LONG lines? What the hell are the others doing? Second, both guys in front of me were complaining: The first guy had been charged double for one item. He claimed it was due to «the many interruptions» the cashier had. The second guy hadn’t noticed the frames he had just purchased were broken, so he was returning them. Ok. So, I’m next. When I ask her(the cashier) to laminate my, ahem, project, she asked me if I wanted to have them cut. Excited, I quickly said yes. She was only laminating 2 pages. It took 25 minutes to laminate and cut two pages. It was true, she kept having interruptions. Not only was there a delay, BUT, 4 of them I couldn’t use. They were all wrinkled. Why? I don’t know what happened between the time I gave them to her(no wrinkles) to the time she put them in the machine(wrinkles). It’s a mystery… anyway, I’m going to have to cut them again because she messed up all the edges. *sigh* So, that’s my tale and that’s why I have given them 2 stars.
