This is my favorite place in doral :) it reminds me so much of the food I used to eat back in Venezuela, I live in atlanta and every time I come down here I go! and it’s open after midnight so it makes it even better. perfect for anyone who’s hungry after a great night!

Gotta say I’m impressed a place like this exists in the suburbs. Venezuelan spot that offers a lot of the fast food options you’re craving. Definitely not a place if you’re counting calories but you can try to make some healthy choices here. I had the Special Dog– well sized hot dog piled with potato sticks, Parmesan cheese, their sauce, avocado, onions, etc. I was very happy they asked if I wanted all the toppings or wanted to leave some off. Special dog was pretty good!(Disclosure: I’m biased. My family is Colombian so I’ll always say Colombian style hotdogs are the best.) I’m embarrassed to say I devoured it(I was also very very hungry!) I think I def could’ve had two if I had not ordered the cachapa as well. The cachapa was alright. It was a little greasy for my liking. Again I did like that the staff asked if I would like all the toppings. When I said I wasn’t sure if I’d like it, the staff guy was happy to put it on the side for me to try(his idea) and so nice!(Turns out I didn’t like the sauce haha.) My mom came with me and had the chicken tacos(she wasn’t feeling any of the other fast food items.) she said she was pleased with her order(tacos had good toppings) and felt it was one of the healthier options available here. Oh! I don’t think vegans would be too happy eating here. They DID have some vegetarian options(veggie dog, veggie tacos, and the cachapa.) There’s plenty of seating outside. You can put tables together for a large group. The staff tries to keep it clean. Will say the staff was friendly and helpful. Cash only. The bathroom doesn’t have a sink(!) but there’s a huge jug of hand sanitizer for you to use haha(ew.) Not the best fast food I’ve ever had, but pretty good and happy to have it in the area.

Tried their monster burger the doralzuela that thing is a beast! Come with burger, pork chop, chicken, fried egg, ham and cheese! Super tasty full of flavor. Price is relatively good for the massive burger you are getting. Location is behind the gas station so not much inside sitting but plenty outside. Food was prepared pretty fast less then 10 min. Everything was fresh soda was cold. Nothing to complain about. Cash only so if you go have some. There is a ATM in the gas station but you gotta pay that fee.

I freakin love pepitos! This place is so amazing I have been going here for over 8 years. I remember when they were just one little window on the gas station! Now they have expanded and they are always packed! The chicken pepito is the best pepito in miami, I dream about it! Lol the only thing I think they could improve is the fact that you can only pay cash. Is a little mission to take out cash every time I go but is worth it. Also you have to order ahead of time if you don’t want to wait 30 min for your food to be ready because since they are always packed it takes a little bit to get your food. I recommend this place 100 percent is the best Venezuelan fat food spot in Doral and they are very generous with the portions they give with the food. They also have a lot of drink choices

We were visiting Florida and this place was recommended to us from a local. It’s located inside a gas station minimart, but don’t let the location fool you. We ordered burgers. These have been some of the tastiest/juiciest burgers we have ever eaten! Plus, they have amazing flavorful sauces. :)

The place is behind the gas station and there is plenty of parking. There is inside and outside seating but the inside seating seems to belong to the café inside the gas station. This place is cash only which is somewhat of an inconvenience for me, since I never carry cash on me. There is plenty to choose from but being my first time here I decided to try a few different things. I tried the hotdog especial which had avocado on top which gave it a nice touch. It was a decent hotdog but not the best I’ve tried the bread was somewhat hard. I also had parrillada mica which consisted of chicken and beef, it was simply ok to me it had no flavor. I also tried the burger especial which was the best thing I’ve tried that night. Beers are relatively inexpensive at $ 3. I tried la chicha and I didn’t like it. I will give it another try to see if anything changes.

Terrible!!! I got a plastic cap in the arepa!!! Me encontré una tapa de plástico en la areoa. Friday octubre 30th2015 Luis is correct the arepas are from the adjacent joint that faces the gas station part of the same owner and restaurant but with a different name! Service was lousy, there is hardly any security and the plastic cap was there! I will never eat there again or recommend it. Specially with the attitude«we do not sell arepas»

Very good for what it is. You walk thru a gas station to get into the store or from the parking lot to get in. Very good value for the amount of food you get. Good size portions. I was here for the first time back in May after seeing this highlighted on Anthony Bourdain. Great find and genuinely worth the drive for all of you haters not wanting to drive this far out west. They are open lets nights too. A lot of taste and flavor going I with their special sauces. My favorite is their garlic sauce and second if their roja sauce. Nice patio to hang out and eat at.

Home sweet home! Lo mas parecido a un pepito Venezolano hasta ahora en Miami. Abierto hasta las 5am, hace de este lugar el perfecto sitio para recargar las fuerzas despues de la fiesta

We drove here with my daughter from Downtown just to eat lunch. A long ride in Miami traffic. Had the Pepito’s sandwich. It was very good. Little pieces of beef with lettuce tomatoes and their special sauces. Topped with string fries and parmesan cheese.

As I continue on my quest to finding Miami’s best burger, I must say today I came pretty darn close. Pepito’s Plaza’s burgers are absolutely flawless! I came to find about this gem through my father’s soccer friends, who apparently mostly get together to play so they can rush to this place after their game. I was a bit skeptical at first that the burgers could be as good as they said, but I am so glad I made the trip to Doral to try it out! This little place is tucked away behind the Exxon gas station and has multiple outside seating. You basically order inside and wait for them to call your order where they hand you your try with food. Then, you pick your table. However, this place gets really busy at night so if you find an empty table you should call dibs and let someone else order for you. Anyway, when we arrived around 2pm, it looked like the sky was about to fall so it was pretty empty outside. We ordered three special beef burgers(single patty) and a side of fries. The special burger has a thick, juicy beef patty with egg, ham, American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, potato sticks, and a mix of sauces. I could barely open my mouth wide enough to eat it! It was humongous, and absolutely delicious! I’m speechless in describing how good it tastes: it basically has everything a burger needs. The kick is that it was only $ 9 for that perfect mixture of foods. Make sure you come with an empty stomach, you will definitely need the room if you plan to finish one of these. I rate this one of my top new favorite burger joints! I will definitely make the trek back to Doral to try other things in their menus. It is absolutely worth it!

Followed up on a visit by AB’s ‘Parts Unknown’ on CNN, from their visit last Fall. We didn’t have the appetite to try the«DoralZuela» Burger, which looked gargantuan, but we did try the Pepito’s Regular, with Carne & Chorizo. The preparation came standard Venezualan(née South American) for hot dogs, with salsa rosada and shoestring potatoes atop. Overall was flavorful, but the skirt steak was tough and chewy for the most part. Would probably get just the chorizo next time. They have some really neat, authentic drinks. And, prices are fairly reasonable. But, get ready to be blasted by the tunes once inside and placing your order.

Ok, so I tried this at lunch because it was a recommendation from a co-worker. He had seen Anthony Bourdain visited this cafeteria located inside an Exxon gas station in Doral and said that the food was supposedly very hearty and delicious. So off we went on our lunch hour to try it out. The place was packed which is always a good sign that the food is good. It is Venezuelan style menu. I had the«parrilla mixta» which consisted of a bed of shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, grilled steak and chicken chunks, shoestring french fries, and covered in their six sauces. I will say, that the food was good, not great, but good. I would go back to try other things from the menu. It seems like a great place to go after a night of drinking and you want something heavy to counter the alcohol and ward off a hangover. They seemed to get the food orders out pretty quickly. For gas station food, I definitely would recommend. The only real negative I would give them is that it is cash only. The prices were reasonable however. My food and a soda were $ 11.

One word… Amazing! The burgers are so, so, tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I was a bit skeptical when I saw that it was behind a gas station, but they must be doing something right because it’s always full, but you’ll still be able to get a table. I tried the hamburger w/cheese & it was great, great, great. The cachafa were made from sweetcorn and mozzarella(maybe) similar to a Colombian arepa but IMO taste better because it’s fresh… French fries were crispy, the way they should be. I recommend it as a must try spot, but please note that it’s a heavy meal… Easy 5,000 calorie meal. Only ate half my burger and was perfectly satisfied. Happy eats!

Buen lugar para comer. Solo les falta incluir unos perros calientes con salchicha alemana tipo Colonia Tovar. Que por cierto las venden en los supermercados Aldi. Adjunto la foto para los interesados

I have been to Pepitos 3 times and not even 1 of those 3 was a decent experience. First of all ONLYCASH in 2015 is lunatic, but of course they have an ATM that charges you extra 2 or 3 bucks. We tried the hamburgers, those so called Pepitos and the Parrilla and Arepas con Carne. The Arepa was aweful, the hamburgers was not really juicy and the bread very old. Not to mention la Parrila gave stomacha ache to son. Service is very bad unless you are some of their close friends. Food old, and bad quality. Will not return even if its for free.

I’ve had Pepito takeout TWICE, it was insanely good and I’m looking forward to a return. Some say it’s Colombian, some say Venezuelan– some say it’s a mix in either case the sauces they put on the items whether it be a hotdog, burger or pepito are #fiiiiire!!! Some may complain about the quality of the meat when they’re paying $ 8 for a burger but let’s face it… if you’re eating here it’s cause you’re not that concerned with it being organic, farm raised or good quality meat… it’s the combination of flavors, the sauce and the seasonings that make this food stand out. This place is CASHONLY and on the side of the Exxon Gas station– it draws large crowds since gaining popularity. Service isn’t warm and friendly, more like fast and furious so don’t expect to be a first class citizen on a busy day.

This place that started selling mainly hot dogs and«pepitos» in a small window at the exxon gas station not so many years ago, now outgrew the place and is even larger than the store inside. That by itself says something about the quality/price of their food offer. Well, nowadays they have a diverse menu(around 24 options). One of this options, that I find unsurprisingly uncommon, is their tacos order. Actually though is not 100% original mexican style, it is for sure one of the best options that I have tried here in Doral. So, if you are around this area and are in the mood for tacos, this is a sure bet, specially after a night out, as they are open very late. Nevertheless to mention that also their complete menu is a blast. Just one important note. They only accept cash!
