logged ticket asking sales qa type question. Waited 3 days never got a reply. Closed ticket and moved on. Lots of helpful videos but no sales presence. Would likely have been and easy sell. I’ve moved on to other sources.

I was fortunate enough to initially meet Raul J. at the SimpleWiFi vendor booth at Defcon 21 in Las Vegas. Raul is a very interesting guy and a really great resource with incredible knowledge regarding all things wireless and radio. Prices in Las Vegas at Defcon and on his web site are very good, I have purchased numerous items including two Alfa high power USB 802.11 adapters, two 9dBi Omni-​Flex antennas, and a Mini-​Panel 2.4GHz 8dBi SMA RP antenna. If you’re planning on purchasing any 802.11 wireless gear, antennas, etc. to learn or experiment for home/​commercial use this is the place to do business.
Like most geeks, I’m careful about who I purchase equipment from, and can honestly say that it’s a no brainer on making additional purchases from SimpleWifi and Raul. For anyone reading this that might need technical assistance, one impressive aspect of dealing with Raul and his team at the booth was their customer service attitude, they were very approachable.

I bought an antenna from Simple Wifi. They shipped it the next next day. When it got here I had no idea how to set it up, so I called in and they guided me through the instructions as well as sent me the right drivers to my email. Great guys and great products.

These guys are the best!!! After 10 try’s at Frys trying various products and systems to build a long range antenna setup to reach a hotspot, I emailed Raul, told him my situation. He layed out a solution, placed my order (from CA) on Thursday and had the unit Monday for 13 $ shipping! With Simplewifi’s detailed cheat sheet instructions, I had the system up and running in an hour with my own router! Could not be more pleased!!!
