Rush hour and the pharmacy has one attendant. No sense of urgency. Be prepared to wait online for a long time!!!

Come here often considering I work close by. My only issue with today’s visit was 2 things which I believe constitute as not so adequate customer service. The line to pay at front was extremely long and moving slow, beauty section was dealing with a return so I go to photo and he was messing with the self printing pics stations. Mind u this there were to other stations available and no one waiting to print pictures. I asked him if he can ring me up please bc line is very long he replied with No bc I’m working on this machine. Ok, customers should be priority, it would have taken him 3 minutes tops to assist me.

Best, most professional and cooperative staff in all Walgreens I’ve visited. Excellent service.

My favorite Walgreens ever, the staff is super friendly, is always clean, the selection of products is very extensive, the pharmacy staff is very competent and fast when it comes to dropping off or picking up prescriptions. And the bonus is that has a Walgreens liquor store next door. simply awesome!

Long lines at register, wonderful staff at pharmacy. This is Walgreens, so I think we all know what to expect in a general sense. Anyone who’s read my reviews know I despise the Walgreens off of Brickell, largely because of the ineptitude of the pharmacy staff. The pharmacy at this Walgreens is the diametric opposite. The pharmacy staff is friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, consults with you about issues you have. Have the flu and looking for something over-the-counter? They’ll walk around the counter and show you different medications and talk about the pluses and minuses. Prescription not called in by doctor? They’ll look up the doctor’s office and call the doctor for you. Out of a nebulizer? They’ll call other pharmacies to find one that has the item. The register at the front always seems to be a hassle though. Long lines, the Colombian lady is nice, but the rest are surly types. I try and pick up what I need at Walgreens when I fill a prescription, so I don’t have to deal with the front register staff.

Yea, that’s right. One star. But it’s 24 hours! Anything good this place has to offer comes crashing down when you go to the register. There is a woman named Sonia that is without exception rude to everyone I know. It really dampers everyone’s experience and even caused one of my friends to get into a fight with her. You say hi, thank you — doesn’t matter. She won’t look at you and she will make you feel stupid for everything. I will change my review when she gets nicer.

I have a love/hate relationship with this place. I have lived here for so many years it is my place«to go» — I know the layout and can get exactly what I want quickly. However, aside from one or two employees, the service is of the most dismal you can get anywhere. For example — the razors are under lock & key in a far corner in the back of the store. You have to ring a buzzer to get someone to open it for you. Countless times we have stood there for 10 minutes until finally someone comes and helps. Then they are nasty with the EXCEPTION of the Colombian lady, I forget what her name is. she is awesome Same thing with the Pharmacy — they really just are too busy and can’t handle the stress. So, try to head there in non peak hours and you should be ok, otherwise expect tired employees who don’t give a damn and really long lines at the cashier. Shhhhh this is a secret — go to the cosmetics counter to pay, usually no one is there and you pay quickly.

i was driving to school and needed to pull out cash. i saw my bank but, unfortunately it was on the other side of the road therefore, i was going to have to bust a move and pull a u turn and then i see a huge sign that says no u turns and a cop 2 cars behind me so, i was screwed. i kept on driving and saw a Walgreen’s with a Washington mutual ATM sign i pulled in and saved myself a 2 or 3 dollar fee that i would have gotten if i would have gone to another ATM to pull out cash. i love Walgreen’s!
