Worst customer service ever. Server never revisited my table to check if we have plenty of water and side dishes. I had to go find them and asked them. They were chatting and giggling. How ignorant they are. Also, they brought the check while I’m still eating. Seriously, they need to be trained more on manner. They also demanded more tips and I refused. Guess what they did to me right after I left the door. They threw salt at me. It’s an act of repelling unwelcome guest. This is unbelievably rude and unacceptable act towards customers. I plan on filling a claim against them and they will have to accept the consequences of their acts.

It’s always busy (with Koreans) so the food must be good. I don’t really like Authentic Korean except for kimchi so I have only been there one time. And I really mean ALWAYS busy (My office s nearby).

Ordered spicy tripe and beef soup and seafood pancake. Both were average. Their side dishes lacked both quality and diversity.

On a good day the service is pretty good. Some days it’s not the best. But definitely better than other restaurants. The food is good. They give you a lot of meat in their sullungtang! I love their kimchi and kkakdugi (radish kimchi).
Would I recommend it? Yes!
