IHop

Okay so this location would have gotten 5 stars ONLY if they had an experienced and consistent hostess. It seems as if there’s a new hostess every time we come here (about once every month or every other month). I will only continue to come to this location because a server named Nikka is AWESOME! She’s very attentive, has a personality and is ultimately a hard worker. We request to sit in her section all the time… not that anything is wrong with the other waitresses but she’s hands down the best. The others aren’t bad at all and we’ve been served by others when it was Valentine’s Day/​Free Pancake Day or other super packed days. This location is way better than the Roswell location (see my review for that). The food is typical IHOP food so this is based off of service.

I can’t believe I am giving 5 stars to an IHop, but here it goes. After some bowling on a first date, we didn’t want the night to end. So, of course, I hop (ha!) on Unilocal to see some great options nearby. You can’t go wrong with IHop. It was the dead of night on a weeknight so it was empty. We were greeted and seated right away. I ordered the oatmeal since I didn’t want anything too heavy. Dang! I should order oatmeal here more often. Basic, but great. Comes with banana slices, brown sugar, and milk on the side. We were left to ourselves for the most part — exactly what you want on a first date. Also, this IHop is the cleanest IHop I have ever seen.

Ok food horrible service at 5 am somehow two other tables there took an hour to get food

I’m from Chicago, and this is the cleanest most modern location compared to Chucago. Always liked there menu selection and our waitress Asia was very charming

It is a bit unappetizing to unroll your silverware and discover congealed syrup on the spoon and knife. The disturbing thing about this is that this means the dishwasher is not really cleaning all the silver ware. And that the staff dutifully rolled dirty silverware with the clean napkins, giving diners a false sense of sanitary conditions.
The manager was informed – and apologized – but the meal did not seem so tasty then.
Call me anal, but I called IHOP and was told they would inform the franchisee of this store (Store #3374) and would he/​she would probably call. It has been thirty days – and no call. So it does not seem like the franchisee is very concerned.
Now, the restaurant itself is a pleasant and clean (on the surface) place and the staff was friendly.
If anything, this review is in hopes that the changes are made so this IHOP location succeeds and prospers. It is the little things that no one bothers to correct and no one bothers to complain about that can have outsized effects on a restaurant.
I hope this is problem turns out to be an isolated one. Just make sure you check the utensils before using them.

This is my favorite ihop location. The staff usually is friendly, service is fast and clean most of the times.
Sunday is usually crowded, so try to avoid it.
I love the vegetable omelette and the strawberry crêpe, my child gets the silver 5. The milkshake and the hot chocolate is also delicious. And coffee, good coffee and unlimited!

Good service! My waitress was great she was fast with our orders… and extras. Everyone was very friendly considering I was from out of towner.

The most awesome IHOP we have ever been to! The staff was super friendly and we were checked up on by several different people! Our server was Angela and was immediately friendly and took very good care of us. The manager connected on a personal level, even though we hadn’t ever met before. Also, the pumpkin pancakes are delicious!

After working an 8-​hour day, my wife didn’t feel like cooking. It’s Labor Day, and we have been thinking about pancakes for a few days (weird, huh?). We jumped in the van and made the short drive.
We were greeted at the door by a smiling Kristin. In addition to seating us, she was also our server. I’m far from picky, but I had two simple requests and she handled them both perfectly.
She was pleasant — smiling and soft-​spoken — our entire visit and delivered just the right amount of service. She came by often, but not to point of being there too much. That’s the way I like my service.
The food was served quickly, was really good (I had the Fiesta Omelette as well as pancakes), and she cleared the table as soon as I was finished.
It was a relaxed, enjoyable meal for my wife and I, so I surprised Kristin with a 75% tip. She was young, and I wanted to reinforce that great service delivered with a great attitude pays off.
I’m sure we’ll be back as soon as the pancake craving returns!

3 of us were seated, and the hostess seemed ho hum, said she wasn’t feeling well. Our server Charisma stood 5 feet from the table to take our order and putting her pad in front of her mouth each time she talked. Food was great. Service was ok. Just left us baffled as to why she was hiding behind her notepad. Suspect! LOLl

This place has really good food, downside is the service in all 4 times I have been here is terrible. The staff is nice and friendly it really takes forever to get service, food, to be seated. I hop management can arrange something to improve this.

Come here if you want zero service and A+ negatively! Awesome for that… Plus be prepared to spend your day here because they will take forever… I’m in the service industry and tolerate a lot but shitty work ethic isn’t one.

You know this is rare for me but IHop is doing much better. They may not rank with some of the top breakfast places I know for actual breakfast but this was a nice clean location with good food. Don’t let the 3 stars fool you for IHop this was a great location. If you have those late night munchies or just in the mood for a nice meal this location was good. I had an omelette which was really tasty and I thought the hash browns were cook perfectly. I also tried sirloin tips which to my surprise was really good. IHop has usually not been something I would comment on but this one was good enough to have a review.

Been here twice.
Service was extremely SLOW.

Sat for 10 minutes before anyone came for a drink order. After she walked off I wasn’t sure she even heard what I said as she was busy looking around and talking with another waitress. Five more minutes went by and drinks never arrived. At this point we decided to leave. It’s 10:00 on a Friday morning and the way things were going we might not get food until noon. Can’t comment about the food but the service needs lots of work! May try it again soon and hope things will have improved.

When we first arrived, the hostess was changing clothes at the hostess stand! She wasn’t in the middle of undressing when we walked up and acted like we were interrupting her. After she seated us, it took a server 11 minutes to finally come and acknowledge that we had been seated and take our order. The hostess sat in a booth the entire time on her phone. The service was terrible, pancakes were good but I’m not sure if we will be back.

This is my all time perfect stop. The food is fresh and hot the service is fast and friendly. I had to give them four stars instead of five because of the health food inspection score. Their score is an 83 a B. What I recommend this IHOP yes. Would I go back to this location most definitely.

Other than some slow service on a prior day and my pancakes looking like I ordered from the kids’ menu, the food is pretty good and the service with a smile and sincerity. Free WiFi is a bonus but please note that a full stack of hot cakes requires more than one dollop of butter.

Oh man. Boy oh boy.
I have been here 3 times and regrettably, it is time for a review.
This place needs new management.
Strike 1: I was seated in a booth and realized a few minutes later I was sitting in syrup.
Strike 2: Our order took 40 min to get to us. (Pancakes and eggs) and it wasn’t very busy.
Strike 3: My friends order was wrong.
Strike 4: By the time my friend got her order (additional 30 min later), I was finished eating. I had to literally feed her bites of my food because it took so long.
Other:
No one checked on us. We didn’t receive a refill, hot sauce, or anything. The guy across from us ended up leaving because after he was seated, no server ever approached him to take his order. Some guy swept under our table as we ate. They do not know how to poach an egg, I received a hard boiled egg.
Only pros: The hostess was very sweet and friendly.
Wear: Your big boy pants, you are gonna need them when you ask to see the manager.

This IHop I think is one of the closest to us, and I like it. I know a whole bunch of us were so happy that they finally built one on Peachtree Industrial mainly because the closest IHop to us is the one on Jimmy Carter or the one down by Clairmont, and neither are as close as this one.
I really enjoy this IHop since I never (yet) leave smelling like grease or oil.
I usually get their chicken grilled salad or the breakfast sampler. Both are yummy. I just came here today to have lunch with my line sister, and I ordered the breakfast sampler and I ate it ALL. I must of been really hungry or what not, but it was really yummy~
She created her own omelette with ham and bacon, and she ate it up!
We were both DEFINITELY satisfied.
The eggs were done A LOT better here than any other IHop I’ve been too. Maybe since they’re new? Idk.
But I definitely like this IHop the best so far! :]
Plus, the manager went around asking everyone how their meals were and if there were any problems or what not.
So definitely give this place a try: D
