We frequented this location of Taco Bell when on a trip to Atlanta. Product: Cheap, greasy pseudo-Mexican fare. Just the type of stuff when you’re in a rush or have a hangover. The food was on par with other Taco Bells and your typical fast food restaurant. 2 stars Service: They didn’t screw up our order, which seems like a bonus with most fast food employees these days(I will not lament when these establishments go fully automated in the near future). We used the drive-through, and the wait was not long. 3 stars Facilities: I can’t really rate anything besides the outside, which seemed well-kept to me. The drive through order mic and speaker worked just fine. 3 stars Overall: An average fast food joint. 3 stars

This is by far the worst Taco Bell in north Atlanta. It always closes early and by early I mean, 11:30 at night even though they are supposed to be open until 1am. This time was the last though. They always mess up my order at this one. If I order and pay for a taco supreme, half the time I get a regular taco. Tonight I was craving a bean burrito, so I went to Taco Bell near me. I needed more than just a bean burrito, so I ordered some cool ranch tacos. I get home and there are no napkins, no sauce, just the food. I eat the tacos, which are both in broken shells with a gallon of sour cream. It was like eating sour cream in a shell. I get to my burrito and it looks old! I go to my fridge for hotsauce. I always keep a supply for such situations. I open up the burrito and it is swimming in onions. My one request when I ordered was no onions!!! It was repeated back to me! I have 3 options, drive back, don’t eat what I paid for and remain hungry or pick the onions out. I try to pick the onions out, but am left with almost no beans when I finish. From the moment I start picking out onions, the beans aren’t even lukewarm. I finally eat it and still Found an onion in the almost empty tortilla and it is as cold as if it had been in the fridge. This location should close down because they are horrible. Go to the one on north Druid hills if you want good and accurate food from Taco Bell!

I come for quesalupa which is Great with chicken with queso in the shell it’s worth but it does take time for food to come out, they should hire more people if they need more man power to get the food out. The cashier is polite but i feel bad for them because they are short staff.

Dude. How the HELL do you run out of taco meat and beans at a taco bell… and then when I ask how long it will take the guy tells me 30 minutes like how dare I inconvenience or rush him. this place sucks.

Every time I come here I am disappointed. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but each time it’s something different. The food is almost not edible it’s usually burnt or not what I ordered. The customer service is awful as well.

This taco bell is CONSISTENTLY terrible and has been since at least 2010. Unfortunately it is the only taco bell around. The kfc side NEVER has chicken ready and when I try to order grilled they say it will be 18 minutes. The taco bell side is no better as they get my order wrong EVERY time. There has NEVER been a moment when I drove off pleased without having to go inside to correct my order. On top of all of this, service is still ridiculously slow. This particular instance I ordered a chicken nugget go-cup and got strips. I also asked for a grilled stuft burrito(among other items) and specifically asked for no avacado twice and got home to find plenty slathered on. The cashier also asked me what sauce twice and I told her«plenty of Fire please», which was pointless as I discovered 3 hots. I tried to call to speak with a manager but the number only goes to a fax. And at this point I doubt it would matter, for a restaurant to be this bad for this long I’m sure the manager is no good. Just go to the Moes across the street. Completely fed up.

The store has received a revamp/refresh on its model. I still do not believe I would come here even though it is the closest Taco Bell to my house. You can still see how dirty the kitchen area is, and the lobby/tables are more spacious but the quality of food remains the same. I can get better Taco bell by driving ten miles away and I’ll probably continue to do so.

We eat here every now and then since it’s the closest one to where we live. We ordered some of the new Grillers tonight. Two of them weren’t the right ones so we took them back to exchange. The cashier told us they could remake them for us and never asked for the other ones back but we would of gave them back anyway when the fresh correct ones were ready. We waited 20 minutes and went back to the counter. They forgot about it and never started on remaking them. She offered us potato wedges in exchange so we took it. I don’t want this to be a bad review cause it was 1 out of many times we’ve been there. By the way, they remodeled the dining area and it looks good except it mirrors the new McDonald’s on Buford Hwy & McElroy Rd. There was a lady that kept complaining it was cold in there. I didn’t realize it for a while but she was right. It was freezing in there. She asked to speak to a manager about turning the heat up but she didn’t get any answers.
