Worst cvs I’ve ever been, and I’ve been to plenty. Nothing is ever stocked, and it’s super frustrating. The only thing that’s good about this Cvs is that it’s open 24⁄7. There is no self check out either, and sometime the line can be ridiculous. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else. Btw, make sure you inspect the products before you purchase it; as things tend to be open and recked.

As good as any other, good location. They do get you out quick, but it is a busy store. They do try hard, and the store is clean and neat. I find the pharmacy very polite and easy.

S’ok. It’s CVS in the hood. Neat enough. Not as much selection as other CVS’s but oh well. Often only 1 cashier, but they are quick to call for backup when the line is getting long. Sometimes backup takes their sweet time getting to the front, but have always had friendly, polite and helpful cashiers.

i gave the extra star for the convenient location near my house and the fact that it’s 24 hours. nothing else is worth going here for. the staff is EXTREMELY slow. the selection is limited but OK for basic things. lots of times things dont get restocked for weeks. the store is not clean at all. the lines are always very long and the staff very slow. update 7÷19÷15: The selection has gotten so bad here. Unless you’re going to pharmacy, dont bother.

This location definitely has the convenience factor down. Being open 24 hours, close to a highway, have a postbox outside, plus next to a liquor store just makes it easy to get everything done. They usually have everything I need but I do notice that there are many empty bins & shelves. I wonder if they do not stock on purpose or their shipment schedule is off. I remember the store going through a renovation not that long back but it did not really change the layout of the store. It tends to be a little messy looking inside & confusing. The finally added a sign so people know where to line up to check out instead of being a free for all like most other locations. The staff tend to be friendly & helpful, even at 3am. The inclusion of a Santander ATM is nice.

Staff are friendly. Some of the pharmacy staff are terrible though.

Well I was going here for my prescriptions for a while, after I moved to the area. But that changed. The pharmacy staff at this CVS is just awful! They can’t help you with anything you ask them, which quite honestly makes me question the education level in that pharmacy! I started a new medication a few months back, and then got a really severe cold, it hit me on a Saturday so I could not reach my doctor. I called this CVS thinking they could help me, by telling me what I could take to bring down the cold, and that would not interfere with my new medicine. Little did I know, I was wrong. I called and told them, and all they could say was«we can’t help you with that, you need to call your doctor». REALLY? JUSTREALLY?! Your a pharmacist, you went to school for your career, and you can’t help me? wow, what a shame. I recently switched to the CVS on Gallivan Blvd. hoping that the pharmacy staff there is better. If you need help from a pharmacist, I suggest you don’t go to this one looking for help, this place is a joke!

This store was torn up! Maybe they were filming a Dorchester version of supermarket sweep?

I only come here because it’s the 24-hour one. Nothing spectacular. Could be tidier. Gallivan Blvd. is definitely more stocked up and tidy. Gallivan also has more pleasant customer service. And is more likely to have working photo machines. Or working money transferring services. And cash back. I could go on.

Though it may not be the gem of the company, there’s something about having a 24 hour pharmacy close by that puts me at ease. Can’t beat the convenience factor, even if you have to wait in line.

I have had 5 prescriptions filled incorrectly here in the past 18 months. On another occasion I was treated extremely rudely by a Pharmacist. I have complained to Corporate 4 times now, but things have not improved. After 30 years of loyalty to CVS I am entrusing the safety of my family to another Pharmacy /chain and I urge you to do the same.

I’m reviewing the Morrissey Boulevard CVS that’s almost next to Walgreens not the one that’s near Lambert’s. CVS is usually CVS. What differentiates this CVS from others is that I did not appreciate having a uniformed security guard following me all over the store like a hawk. It’s 2010 and there are many other ways for them to monitor customers. There is the one-sided glass and cameras for that purpose. I don’t know what I did to trigger his suspicions.

Cvs’s pharmacy staffs are very helpful. It seems like they are always very busy. I hate the phone calls that wakes you up in the morning reminding you to refill your past due medications. They gave me the phone # to cancel calling service but I still get those damn calls.

As far as I know the Drugstore is good and clean. Lets stay on top of this.

I had a good experience at this specific location. I had a cold developing and forgot to get medicine earlier so I went to get medicine at around 11 p.m. so it was great that this CVS is open 24 hours, 7 days a week(can’t beat that!) The cashier workers were also very nice even though it was late.

I know this is a chain store, but this location really deserves it’s own review. The pharmacy portion of this store is really bad. They rarely have prescriptions ready, even after calling them in the day before. They seem reall«out of it» and unknowledgable. One of the pharm. techs is great, but he’s the only one. They are slow and the wait times they quote are always really off. The store portion is just like any other CVS you visit. I’ll still keep going here since it’s so convienent for me, but if you are closer to another pharmacy, save yourself time and frustration, and go there instead.
