Don’t be fooled because I’ve given this place a «good» rating!!!
Appearance: Good/​Average. Cleaner than most, but nothing of the spa feel or trendsetting. For a salon that has been in this location for 5 years, their unpacked boxes and unfinished display cabinet needs to be dealt with.
Punctuality: Appointment time: 3pm
ANY service: 4:48pm (by a shampoo girl).
Blow dry 6:08pm.
My actual appointment with Erika (the owner) 6:40pm, even then I was ushered out of the chair for a multitude of other people.
End time: 10pm
UNPROFESSIONAL
Professionalism: The owner, The Natural stylist and The shampoo girls (2) were all wearing onsie pajama’s «holiday fun» as they claim… unprofessional.

The shampoo girl/​Hair Braider (Sue-key…don’t remember her name), know’s nothing about natural hair and her comments were beyond rude! «see that’s why I stays wid the creamy crack»…unprofessional
Service: Extension/​Weave by Erika final results were Amazing
Final thought:
Horrifying Experience for a «natural-​ista» in the hands of the Shampoo/​Hair braider (Sue-​key). Heat damage, breakage, hair-​braiding alopecia, all in one sitting. Every client I saw (except the natural dread-​locs) had hair breakage and stripped edges.
THIS SALON DOES NOT PRACTICE HEALTHY HAIR TECHNIQUES.
I was only satisfied with the end product. If Erika had done my hair START — -FINISH (on time) I would rate a little higher.
Final Rating: 6 (out of 10) only because of final results.
