Aaron Frost Refrigeration, Heating and Cooling

I would not recommend Aaron Frost. This company was the contractor selected by my home warranty company. On the first visit, they did not show at the allotted time, in fact, showed several hours later. When the technician did show, he came ill prepared with any information about my requested service even though it had been sent to them via the warranty company. When the parts were supplied to them by the warranty company, they called to set up a appointment. They did not show at that appointment either. I received a call 16 mins after the appointment window, to say they would be at my home at 5 pm. At 6 pm a representative came to my home, but wasn’t there to fix my air conditioner. The owner was called, I discussed the issue with him; however, he called me to say they would not be servicing my air conditioner. This is despite the fact that they have received parts from the warranty company. Unreliable and unprofessional are understatements! I could not be less happy with the service.
