Quick summary: Customer Service is the worst I’ve ever had! I will not be going back. I don’t even know where to start. My first impression walking through the door was that the place looked small, old, cramped, and dirty. When my husband and I walked into the store, we were greeted and asked what we were looking for. We told one of the three employees(in the completely empty shop) that we needed a dress for a military ball and they told us where we could look to find them in the store. None of them helped us look or asked about what style or size, etc dress we were looking for. I want to stress again that there were three of them sitting around doing nothing and the store was completely empty except for my husband and I. When we did find a few dress to try on, one of the employees offered to take it to a fitting room. She dragged the bottom of the dress across the grungy floor as she walked to the fitting room. She did this with every dress we pick out. These aren’t sample dresses either, these dresses are sold to customers as is! Once I started trying on the dresses, her service got even worse. While trying things on, one of the dresses had a broken zipper, so my husband was trying to hold it closed in the back so that I could see it in the mirror. The employee came up with a clip in her hand and said to him in a very rude/snooty tone of voice, «If you’d just move… ugh. «- I couldn’t believe she would say something like that to a customer. I tried on the last dress but at that point I really wasn’t interested in giving them any of my hard earned money, even if it had been a nice dress. That is the only positive thing I can say about Bridal Elegance, they have a very small number of nice dresses.
