After moving to Dothan in December, we had Brown’s locksmith Service come out and change out the lock on our doors. The process took more than 2 hours, and when fixing one door they managed to break one of the lower door locks. They told me «No problem, we’ll order the part, and get it replaced for you.» It is now August and after over 20 calls to them, they still have not fixed my door. I have had to do it myself, and it was easy. I don’t know why they could get it done, but I would not recommend this company. They are over priced, slow, and do not do what they say they are going to do.
