So, I might live in Hartford, Alabama, but I have definitely lived life and this recent transplant has had some of the best Phở in the world straight off the streets of Hanoi. That said, I won’t even compare this place to that, but I for reference I will use my more recent experiences living in Atlanta. My wife and I used to frequent a number of places on Buford Highway and also Duluth where, even though our favourite Vietnamese place relocated an additional 20 minute drive from our home, we still managed to eat Vietnamese at least once a week. This is my way of saying I know what good Phở is and EURASIACAFE isn’t it. Let’s start with their service — it is awful. Slow, no joy in the work, and completely without any personality.
