Hooters

They are shutdown and gone. They were shutdown in May of 2015 for health violations (not a surprise) and never reopened

Stopped in about 1pm for lunch. I was greeted as I walked in by a waitress who decided to take me to her section and take my order. Ordered a quesadilla. Food and drinks took a normal amount of time to arrive.
The problem started once I received my food. My food was delivered as a Drop and Dash. She sat it down and ran away without speaking to me. I then found I had no silverware to eat with. I also found that they didn’t give me the guacamole sauce the entry comes with. It took 5 minutes for my waitress to come back and check on me. She brought over my missing items and I ate.
After eating half of my dish I found it was under cooked. Most of the cheese left wasn’t melted. Since it was only a cheese quesadilla I finished it without telling my waitress.
I really believe my waitress had too many tables at once. I also feel the service at Hooters has really gone downhill since they sold out in 2011. It seems there are never enough servers working.
For this experience there were too many mistakes from both the waitress and the kitchen for me to rate it as anything more than 1 star. I would recommend this place be avoided.

Don’t really like the parking area.
Other than that the place is amazing.

Ordered a to go order and it was all correct!!! That is hard to find, especially at $ 160 worth. We had a drink while waiting and the staff was sweet and even labeled our order by name. We order from here nearly every football Sunday to go, and they are usually very friendly and get the order right.

Bad… Just bad… Wings literally looked like they came off a Cornish game hen… Literally!!!

Poor service, inaccurate orders, and once it does make to the table its really not very good. I have nothing at all positive to say about the Hooters in Dothan. Over the years the quality of the food and service has been up and down but the last couple of visits have been unusually bad. I’m done.

I haven’t been to Hooters in years and it seems it has went downhill. Food was overpriced, service wasn’t that great and the food was not all that good. The girls were coming up to us, while we were eating trying to sell Hooters’ products. The fried pickles were excellent that’s about all the positive I can give.

Weirdest. Hooters. Ever.
I come from where Hooters was born and I have been to many, many Hooters restaurants. My trip to this one was bizarre. We walked in and NO ONE came to seat us. I was about to seat ourselves thinking this Hooters was different than any other I have been too. Someone eventually came. Service was SLOW!!! And during this entire time, they were setting up for some party for one of the girls who yelled at us about touching her skittles which she left on the counter (i think she was supposed to be joking because we didn’t know the skittles were there). Meanwhile, as she pranced around in crown and ribbon, a little boy had the most awkward birthday ever. The poor 8 year old (est.) was surrounded by women (which you would think he would like until he started crying) as they sang to him.
Food was sub par. Worst Hooters wings I have ever had.
Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Consistant with other Hooters restaurants.
On several visits, we’ve noticed the waitresses tend to congregate around «local regulars» a little more than is probably allowed.
Some reviews mentioned entertainment, however, I’ve yet to see any.

Typical Hooters. Not much different than all the rest. Went here for dinner last night with a co-​worker. Good wings. Fried Pickles were good. And beer was cold.
Staff was very lively and entertaining. They were line dancing and getting the kids to have a hula hoop contest. Had a few birthdays as well.
Our waitress (Jennifer) was very attentive and made sure the drinks and food kept coming.
Overall a good Hooters if you need a drink and something to eat in Dothan.

Hey… It’s HOOTER’S! What more can you say? Quality of food? Who cares? It’s HOOTERS! I have found the food to be great despite the fact that «Boobs and Beer» ad to an already excellent atmosphere.
