We usually get our pizza very fast and service is generally great, but tonight was disappointing. We ordered a pizza at 7:40. The pizza arrived 20 after 9. The GPS units used for delivery aren’t regularly updated. I feel like that’s something you would keep up with when delivering pizza all the time. I was very annoyed that I had to repeat my card number 6 times to the cashier to pay for my pizza. This was a waste of everyone’s time, both the delivery driver and I. The faster you put in the right card number the faster I can eat my pizza and the delivery driver can go to the next house. Nearly 2 hours later we had our dinner. The pizza was great as usual, but next time I will probably just go with carry out. Or just avoid talking to Marcus, because that was awful. Robert and Taylor both seem to know what they’re doing, so talk to them.

Just called an order in and it was all messed up. Ricky C needs to learn how to take an order. He was rushed the entire time we were on the phone, he almost hung up on me before I even finished my order. My order I picked up reflected that. Very disappointing!

Just had the small ham and pineapple pizza with garlic butter crust topping. It was AMAZING! Every bite was perfection. I had to make myself stop eating so I wouldn’t get sick. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Very impressed with Marco’s. Tonight was our 2nd time getting delivery. Easy online ordering — we love the ease of adding/​subtracting toppings to the scripted specialty pizzas — and the ability to pay for the food with credit card & tip in cash is a great concept. Pizza is tasty & arrives fairly warm too (we live about three miles from the store). Thin crust is our fave, plenty of toppings and prepared well. By far our delivery fave in dothan … Since Pizza Hut doesn’t deliver …

After one delicious bite of Marcos’s pizza, my boyfriend and I couldn’t believe that we were eating at a chain restaurant. Marcos pizza is as good, if not better, than pizza I have eaten on food tours in Greenwich Village! The crust alone is worth raving about! I used to prefer thin crust until i tasted Marcos’. The tasty crust offers the perfect combination of chewiness and crispiness. The pizzas are topped with generous fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned sauce, and just the right amount of cheese! Our favorite is the deluxe and I highly recommend it. If you are looking for the best pizza in Dothan, and possibly the world, go to Marcos!

Best pizza in Dothan by far. I used to eat here in Atlanta all the time. I’m glad they have one in Dothan now. Get the Uno Deluxe with thick crust. Its the best pizza you will ever get from a chain. The toppings are huge and the pictures on the website actually look like what the actual pizza looks like which is impressive this day and age.
