After my review of this business, I was sent an e-​mail from G. Brent Barkin, the Vice President of Shoe Station. He told me he had sent the review to both the General Manager of that store and the Director of Stores. He let me know they «would be taking action immediately».
This was a very nice polite e-​mail and I sincerely believe that he will, if he has not already, fix the problems with this store and make it a great place to shop.
I am very impressed that with the leadership of this man and his company!
