Do NOT use this business. They will take your money and run. PLEASE check the complaints against them at the BBB.
We spent about $ 15 – 20,000 on flooring with Stokes. They promised superior quality flooring and workmanship. Furthermore, our investment was to come with a 5 year warranty.
The contractors they use are «bottom of the barrel» quality. The tile flooring was not installed correctly and they would not resolve the situation. Their plan is to harass you until you give up so they don’t have to fulfill warranty obligations. This is evident in what happened with us AND in the NUMEROUS complaints against them at the BBB.
