I waited 15 – 20 minutes after calling for the company to show up to the airport, which is pretty normal. I found out after the cab showed up that they couldn’t take a card as payment. Didn’t ride home with them and had to wait smoother 20 minutes for another company to pick me up. Not being able to take a card is something I should have been told about by the dispatcher.

While on vacation with my family on 28 Jun 2013 we ran out of gas in Dothan on the loop. Called AAA cab company to take me to nearest gas station. The cab showed up about 20 minutes later. She took me to the nearest gas station appx 1 mile away. The fee for going round trip of 2 miles total or less would be $ 30.00. Its $ 30.00 to go from airport in NYC to Manhattan so this is a ripoff in the 1st degree. The cab did not have a meter, the cabbie called in to dispatcher and asked how much it would be. I didn’t have a choice since I was stranded but I would of walked if I knew it was that high initially. I paid at the gas station $ 15.00 for the ride and got a ride back from a motorist from the gas station. That is way overpriced for such a short travel. $ 30.00 for 2 miles… Never will use them again. Will always get a quote before having a cab get me either…

AAA Cab will get you where you need to go. We’ve used them to get to the airport and back to avoid paying for long term parking at the airport. I also called them just now to take me home from dropping my car off at the dealership to be worked on. Their cars aren’t fancy but the drivers are friendly and they’ll take you where you need to go. Which is what matters most, right?
