Hands down the worst customer service I have experienced at a Uhaul center. Not only was the outside in complete disarray, (hoses, cleaning supplies, trailers laying about in no discernible order) the employees didn’t bother to assure the customers knew they would be with them shortly. After twenty minutes of asking questions I finally saw a person so that I may purchase a box and some packing material. I will recommend everyone go to a different Uhaul center then this. If I was company higher if be embarrassed by this locations lack of customer service.
