Wendy’s

Service was horrible. Won’t be going back. Needs a management. Food was good. Why don’t they do something. The place use to be packed every Sunday night.

I’m not usually one for Unilocal reviews, but I want to show my support for the accommodating managers at this particular Wendy’s.
On the way home from the beach I absentmindedly left something valuable to me at a table and didn’t realize until arriving home 4 hours later! Both Cody and Brittany went above and beyond to make sure it was sent back to me.
Food wise, I thoroughly enjoyed my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger! I’ll make sure that this is always my stopping point to and from the beach from now on.

Love the changes in the menu.

Overall dissatisfaction with our visit tonight. We were ordering our food and the one taking our order was rude, but despite that we gave him our order patiently and proceeded to the window.
After looking at the receipt before receiving our food I noticed that he charged me for a large combo and tried to give me the small drink that I originally ordered. I brought this to his attention and he was angry with me. He gave me a large drink and gave me our food. Then he insisted he take the small drink back. We complied and left with our food because we were frustrated with the service.
After we got the food home, everything was very cold. The hamburger pattys were hard and burnt and the fry containers weren’t half filled.
Despite being the first time going to this location, this will undoubtedly be the last.
