WellStar Medical Group Creekside Pediatrics

I just had to write a review on this pediatrics office because I was so surprised to see a one star rating. I have been coming here for over 15 years with my son. I absolutely find this place to be the best. From the front office staff to the doctors and the people that work all over, everyone here is capable and truly cares. What I like about this office is that they have always been able to get me in when I need to get in. In times where there has been an extremely abnormal amount of sick children the time can be a little bit lengthy but that is to be expected anywhere and you cannot take that out on the office.
In the 15 years I have been coming here I now live a 1 hour drive away (each way) but I still come here because of the professionalism that exists here. I highly recommend this office

This is absolutely the worst doctors office I have ever had to deal with in my life. If your unlucky enough to get an appointment expect to be there at least 3 or 4 hours even for a simple appointment. But getting an appointment isn’t an easy task either. I have called every morning early by 10 am Monday thru Thursday for two weeks. And every morning I get told they are already booked for the day. And I need to call back the following day. So I asked if I could schedule for the following day only to be told that the schedule only opens up on the morning of that day. Because get this. If your sick you need to be seen that day. Ok and I agree. So your already booked by ten so I need to play appointment roulette with my sick child. Thanks appreciate it. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.
