BEWARE! I am located in the South Florida area and this company will cancel days before your event, leaving you without any other options because of the short notice. I rented an inflatable photo booth for a party of 115 guests scheduled from 2/6/2016.Balance was paid in full upon reservation date. I received a call on 2÷2÷2016 saying that they will be unable to come to the event. Prior to Feb 2^nd I sent emails that were never responded to and constantly called and talked to Jody in the main office several times about the custom logo and how I have not received the rough draft but kept getting constant reassurance that everything will be fine even up to 2 hours before I received the cancellation call. UNPROFESSIONAL! Use this company if you want to be left in the dust…

This company works out of New York and also the DC metropolitan area.
Rented the inflatable for 3 hours for my daughter’s 1^st bday party in Virginia. From day #1 a bad experience. Horrible customer service, unreturned phone calls and emails, inconsistencies and poor communcation between employees. Rebecca who runs the DC/​VA/​MD area was poorly responsive.
Logo that we had professionally designed and worked on for weeks was missing from the photos at the onset of the event, took the attendant 1 hr to get it fixed — time lost. If I hadn’t checked at the beginning it would have been missing for the entire event.
Never received the memory book that we paid for. Never got a call or an apology for either. Actually 1 month later was told company wasn’t even aware of the logo incident because I never told them. Was promised 2 attendants, 1 showed up. Poor selection of props. They did give us a partial refund.
Go with someone else.

I had seen the special on groupon and called them with a few questions and they were great and told me to purchase it directly with them.
I had my wedding on January 9^th, and I was very disappointed with the say cheese. I never got to proof my logo for my photostrip, and then on the day of my wedding the printer was not working. I am still in awe, that the attendant was not able to contact anyone to drop off another printer. The worst part of It was that the way I found out, was because my daughter came crying to me at the reception that the attendant did not want to give her the strip. When I went over there, he stated that the printer was not working. I was very upset, especially that I had purchased the guestbook with say cheese so my guest could write something and that wasn’t even done.
I am hoping that I at least get to see my link and get a copy of the pictures, but I am still waiting as they are trying to find out what happened, Really? did the attendant not notify anyone? I should have gotten an email or a call the very next day. I wrote them and still have not gotten a call back, instead I called them, and they responded to will contact the person in charge, and still nothing.

Hi, I see some reviews here that people did not get the bubble enclosed photo booth. I was planning on booking with this company only because I love the look of the bubble photo booth. Can anyone explain why they were not given that specific one? Thank you!

I rented a photo booth for a corporate event that was on 12/​14/​2015. I called numerous times received all the information, had a invoice emailed to me and the photo booth was paid for. I was informed by Danny that everything was okay with the payment and I would receive a call confirming my event prior to the date and that the photo booth would be at the venue at least 45 prior to event. I should have known something was wrong with this company when I did not receive any confirmation call. On the morning of my event I realized at 8:38 am I had no booth, no call. I called numerous times and left messages. Sometime after 9:10 I received a call from Lisa asking about my call. I informed her that I booked and rented a photo booth with Danny. To my surprise Danny no longer works there and still no booth. She assured me she would call the manager and get back to me. My event was starting at 9:15 am. She did call me back to inform me that there was some confusion and my event was overlooked. I don’t understand how it was overlooked due to it being on the calendar. She then stated that the Rebecca would bring it over however she would not arrive until about 10:30 am. I had no choice and told her I still needed it, it was paid for and my staff was already told there would be a photo booth. Rebecca arrived by 10:45, she had to park, come upstairs, setup booth, fine. Fast fwd, my team enjoyed it and was pleased. Rebecca stated to me before she left that I could contact her on 12÷15÷15 to receive the link for the photos as well as discuss how my company and I would be compensated since we did not fully receive the time allotted and paid for. Needless to say I have been calling since 12/​15/​2015 and told okay the message will be relayed, Rebecca says she will send the link, Rebecca said the memory is still in the machine and she will go get it and send the link… I am still waiting. This has been a very unprofessional and frustrating ordeal.
I was asked by a few people would I use this company and recommend them and still I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said yes but after all of this I kindly call those individuals and told them do not rent from this company. First impression says it all!

I made a photo booth rental through Danny Morris and it was rocky from the start. He quoted me a price and we made an agreement, but he later informed me by email that he will actually have to charge $ 115 more than what we agreed upon. (Not to mention, Danny’s email was overflowing with typos and incorrect grammar.)
Fast-​forward to the night of our annual company holiday party: The photo booth company arrived TWO HOURS LATE (the party was only for 3 hours), their printer equipment was broken and they brought the wrong sized photo booth. In addition, I missed most of the party dealing with this company on the phone trying to figure out where they were. We had to cancel the entire photo booth in the end. They offered a refund but this does not compensate for ruining our annual event. It was humiliating to say the least.
I urge you to not support such an unprofessional, disrespectful and fraudulent company.

Make sure you confirm the address and the booking with this company. We booked them 2 months ago for a bat mitzvah and got a call a week and a day before the party telling me that they won’t do the gig because it’s too far. December is prime holiday party season so it’s really difficult to find a photo booth with such short notice… I confirmed the address with them and paid in full 2 months before the event. The guy I spoke with told me he was «just made aware of this.» Total nonsense. There should be NO reason why I wasn’t told this sooner. The only thing that justifies this ONE star is that the refund was processed faster than I could expect from these guys. We were forced to scramble to find another photo booth company and thank God we did because the one we went with is 100% professional, responsive and responsible. Be very careful booking companies like this one who take your money right away but don’t pay attention to the important details like… you know… the address of the party? Stay away.

If you’re looking for a photobooth do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Let me list my reasons why.
1. Zero communication between staff (one person sees my even, another doesn’t)
2. They don’t tell you that if you need insurance, they charge an extra $ 70
3. It took me 5 calls to get a contract with the services I paid for
4. Had to speak to an owner to get said contract, owner took zero accountability and was rude
5. I get the contract and it’s someone else’s contract (this was sent from the owner!)
6. Day of the wedding, they show up an hour late and photobooth breaks.
7. These guys were unprofessional, rude, late, and take no accountability
Don’t make the mistake that I made. Do your research and find a legit business. I would say that this is a mickey mouse operation but that would be an insult to mickey.

I recently used the inflatable photobooth for my wedding on November 6, 2015 and it was AWESOME! It holds a nice amount of people, it looks cute, there were a ton of fun props, and the photobooth attendant was so fun and creative! Everyone at our wedding loved the photobooth! I also really liked that I could create my own logo for my photo strips, and that I could take both color and black and white photos. All the pictures taken in the photobooth are also posted online just 4 days after my wedding! No complaints! This company is amazing!

This is an update to a previous review I wrote for Say Cheese.
After I wrote my initial review, I was contacted by Say Cheese by email and phone trying to find out what were the issues for my review. I emailed Shane (the person who contacted me) back and told her what the issues were. She explained what happened from her side and even took the effort to contact my venue since it was my bridal attendant that told my husband and me that the photobooth attendant was giving them all the trouble. Shane got back to me after she contacted my venue and was told a completely different story that nothing negative was ever mentioned about the photobooth company. This really aggravated me because it was the people at the venue that was saying the photobooth company was not cooperating and not doing anything that was requested. The venue actually put all the blame on my husband and I, saying we never asked for such requests and that we must have heard wrong that the ppl at the venue never said anything. I would call the venue to argue but there is no point now that my wedding is over and they will deny everything to the end. Fortunately, I did not write my review for the venue but that will follow soon.
Overall, Say Cheese really does care about their clients. They do take the time and effort to fix any issues that clients are not happy with. I am not giving 5 stars because of the initial interaction with the company and not receiving any responses to my emails and phone calls. Also, I was disappointed I didn’t get the bubble enclosed photobooth. The photos did come out extremely clear and was very pretty. I also got my online gallery very quickly and they even password protected it within a few minutes after I asked them to. I would recommend Say Cheese Photobooth. I would highly recommend Shane to be the go to person. Would definitely use them again if I have another event.

They never showed up at our wedding. I am still seething thinking about what happened. Paid, confirmation phone call done and then I randomly get another phone call a few days before the wedding from John asking if I was still interested in having a booth. When I explained to him that I already paid and got a confirmation, he was very disbelieving. We let it go at that since I only had a million errands to run 2 days before the wedding. The day of the wedding, I realized I hadn’t heard from the agent who was supposed to be there. I called John and he reassured me that if I had paid, my name was on the schedule and I had nothing to worry about but I should check with Chris to make sure. I called Chris and she was very confused and said that John has called me earlier in the week to let me know my credit card didn’t go through. When I told her that I had a confirmation from my credit card company that the payment went through, she called up her boss to try to find someone for us hours before the reception. Needless to say, they didn’t get anyone and I’m still waiting for the refund they promised this week.
If you want someone reliable, find another vendor who doesn’t have internal communication problems. I love photo booths and I was so very much looking forward to the LED booth at our wedding. There’s no repeat for me but maybe some of you will learn from my mistake in going with say cheese.

Bare with me as this review is long but definitely worth reading!
Let me start by saying that I have never had to deal with such lack of professionalism from a company in my entire life!!! I never even got the opportunity to use them! I found this company and Groupon and thought they had a pretty good deal. I contacted them directly to make sure the date of my event (Wedding Shower) was available before reserving through Groupon. They said it was and if I booked directly with them, they would honor the price. Great! So I reserved with them paying via PayPal. Almost Immediately I got an email from PayPal about the payment, and a second email from Say Cheese confirming that they received my payment.
About 3 days later, I found it odd that I had not received a confirmation email from them reserving my date. I called them and spoke to a representative who told me that they did have my information. They said they would process it and send me an email shortly. Fine. Another few days passes by and still no email. I call again and explain my situation. The rep once again tells me they have my information and they will process and send me a confirmation email shortly. Fine again.
Guess what happened next! Another few days passes by, still nothing! At this point, I’m pissed because you weren’t hesitant to take my money and send me an email for that right? I call again and this time speak to a man named Danny. This was about 930 am. Danny promised promised promised he would process my order and send me an email confirmation within 30 min! At this point, I was fed up and requested a refund. Danny was a rep I had previously spoken to also. He said he would get this processed with the finance department.
I called back at about 4pm and immediately asked to speak a manager/​supervisor. I explained my situation and she told me that Danny hadn’t done anything. She said his refunds needed to go through her and she didn’t receive any. I was livid! She said she would process it immediately with her finance department. I waited on the phone because I was not hanging up until my issue was resolved! She sent me an email confirmation, got my money back and went with another photo booth company.
Then this company has THE NERVE to contact me 3 days before my party asking me to call them back to confirm the time of their arrival. This was 2 – 3 weeks after I canceled and my refund was received. They called me twice and texted me twice. I Couldn’t help but laugh at this point. I called them back and told them I canceled my order weeks ago. Like is there no communication in this place between employees?! And what kind of system do they have?! WTH !!!
Say Cheese practically pushed me into the arms of their competitor and I’m sooooooo glad they did. Lady Liberty Photo Parlour was beyond amazing !!

The photo booth attendant, Travis was awesome! He was very patient, and even obliged me (the bride) by allowing me to take one last photo after the booth was supposed to be shut down. The initial email communication from the company was not as responsive as I would have liked, but they more than made up for it. I am very pleased with the services provided.

Sooo, as professional event planner, I have used many photo booth companies in the past. Say Cheese is one of the best in NYC! They are compassionate, professional, and really encourage guests to have fun with their photos.
They recently did a Carnival themed event for our facility. Their open air photo booth allowed our disabled residents and their families to get behind the camera. They were able to capture memories that won’t soon be forgotten. Everyone from staff, to families, to the residents themselves, raved about the experience and are demanding that we have Say Cheese at our next event.
I can’t recommend them enough! All I can say is that if you book them, you will have the same awesome experience that we did!

The product, the props, the service is all awesome and seamless from A To Z. This was such a fun addition to my wedding and now I can say that the wedding experience just wouldn’t have been the same without it. It’s so fun, let’s your guests loosen up, be silly and break the ice! Keepsake photo strips are great quality too! They get a perfect score from me!

My first encounter with Say Cheese was at an art gallery event recently in Williamsburg. Out of the many attractions that day, this seemed like a pretty cool add on. I always comment to myself on events and the lack of opportunities to capture moments tying the event images together in a cohesive way. Usually someone hires a photographer, that photographer goes around snaps pictures of people randomly and then you have to wait some time for the images to be uploaded or delivered, etc. There is typically no option to print the image taken of you at any point either IF they are being displayed online in the first place…
So Say Cheese solves this issue by delivering instant photos right there on the spot. The booth & camera used are quality as far as photography equipment goes. The props are pretty diverse, the guests were just having a ball mixing and matching and snapping — and that IMO is what you want at your event. I literally had to wait on line to use this thing because it was so popular. I have an upcoming event/​product launch in the works & I will be hiring Say Cheese to put a bow tie on it and take it to the next level.

My boyfriend hosted a special 30^th birthday party for me last Sunday and he came across Ron and the Say Cheese company. What a treat! He came, set up the booth-​put out lots of really cool props and we had so much fun! He was helpful, attentive and the whole transaction was just really easy! What a nice guy! They even came out all the way to Jersey City :) I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!

I had a large party in Brooklyn on December 26^th and one of the things that the attendees (800+) loved about it was the photobooth. It’s like, taking selfies while you’re drunk, except that they’re focused and there’s no drool on your chin.
Ron & Shane showed up before the event, set up the booth rather quickly and were a pleasure to deal with. I got in on the action myself. Any photo that makes my slightly lazy eye look fairly normal is a damn good photo. There is a color option and a black & white option for folks that want the George Washington-​era look. Timer on the screen helps you focus, or look away if that’s your thing. Besides getting your shots on the spot, there’s also a photo gallery online the day following your event.
They were so good, my friend hired them for his house party in New Jersey this past weekend. Yes, there are photos of that moment too.
They get 5 stars because, even though it’s probably hard for an automatic camera to suck majorly, the experience and the people that operate the company put em over the top.

Amazing product from an amazing set of people.
Great service and allot of props included in the package.
Pictures came out wonderful and all of my guests left happy with memories.
Couldn’t ask for more!
