Most of the time I come here, the advertised specials either did not get delivered or are sold out. Since there is no phone number on their receipts, you cannot call to check stock availability or to give feedback or suggestions to improve their customer service. Most of the time I’m being checked out, I never get a hello/how are you? Last time I went there, I did not receive a greeting at the checkout counter and my groceries were literally thrown into the cart after being rung up. Please teach your staff NOT to make value judgments on who deserves a hello and who does not. A reminder that your employees ARE your store — if they are hostile to your customers, you lose business. The other shortcomings I can deal with but nobody likes being treated badly, especially when they’re spending their money there!

Aldi’s has some really great prices, but not everything is a good deal. You just have to know how much it usually cost you elsewhere. They often have really low prices on milk, though the limit is 4 per customer. We always stock up and freeze it when milk is on sale. One of the cashiers seems to have a bit of an attitude, but everyone else I’ve encountered there is nice. There can sometimes be long lines, so if you are able go in the morning. They open at 9 a.m. Important things to note: you have to pay a quarter to get a shopping cart, but you get it back when you return it, you have to bring your own shopping bags or be prepared to purchase bags, bags are not free, finally they DONOTTAKECREDITCARDS or checks. They take debit cards and cash only.

went here today. This place is annoying. They let the cashiers sit at registers, and the guy cashier had the nerve to tell me I need to move my cart next to him. Um lazy ass… why not get your ass up and move the cart. are we forgetting who the customer is. Let your cashiers do their job.
