Austin’s Towing & Recovery

We dealt with two men while we were here. One was an older gentleman who was very kind and helpful. The other was an unbelievable jerk. We were rushing to get to the towing yard before they closed. We even called and asked them if they would mind if we got there at like 5:02, apologizing profusely because we got held up by a train. When we got there, the guy snappily asked if we had the registration. We told him we believed it was in the car and just needed to check, and he snapped that «like he said on the phone,» we had to have it to get anything out. All we wanted to do was take pictures! He snapped «we are closed so make sure you have everything next time.» He treated us like a huge inconvenience (we left by 5:10) when all we wanted was to take pictures and we apologized several times for being held up and holding them up. If you have to deal with this towing yard, my DEEPEST condolences – you’re not a customer to them, just a problem!
