I recommend this outfit having used their services for «squirrels in the attic» issues. They provide excellent phone response to inquiries and scheduling requests. Their staff people are very pleasant, affable, yet professionally well-informed. They’re able to explain what it is that they’re proposing to do, and upon customer approval, they do it. I’ve found them very effective at eliminating those pesky rodent («tree rat») issues, and providing a humane method of dong so.

Critter Control found that we had flying squirrels in our attic. They sealed up all possible entry points in our roof, exterior walls, doors and foundation. They allowed the largest hole to remain open, and set up a one way door on it. Critters could get out, but not back in. Since flying squirrels must go out at night, they were gone within a day. I saw one poor soul trying to get back in. Sorry, squirrel. After a week or two, Critter Control came back to remove the door and seal up the hole. That was about a year ago. No returns.
Their service is not cheap, but they get the job done. Would definitely use again if needed.

A squirrel had moved into our attic. After laboring through infomercial literature in the internet and reviews, we contacted Critter Control after another leading contractor did not want to do what the infomercial said they should and would cost a lot because of distance.
Terry of Critter Control was terrific to work with. He was down to earth and easy to relate to. In the first session, he taught me so much about how to monitor my squirrel and worked with me so we can know our enemy. By the second session, because our squirrel was too smart for the traps, he set up barriers so that squirrel could not return. Price was right for the work as well.
It has been 1.5 years now and no more squirrel problems.
Pest problems are very stressful for a home owner. I recommend always use the professionals.

Critter Control is terrific and effective. They do their work right the first time, and don’t gouge on pricing as so many other pest control services have done. We’ve had them out for a variety of pests including mice, woodpeckers, and one very persistent groundhog. They are a pleasure to work with — highest recommendation.
