I called a serviceman out to repair my washing machine. He showed up, claimed there was nothing wrong with my washer and charged me $ 69. Immediately after he left I began washing clothes only to discover that my washer was indeed not fixed. I called them back immediately and was told that he could come out the next day between 2 – 4. I said that was fine. The next morning I even called them to confirm the appointment. I was told absolutely they would be there and fix my appliance. At 4 pm when I still had not seen or heard from him I called the technician number that I was told was coming out. I got no answer. I called dispatch who also tried contacting him to no avail. At approx 30 min after the final time he was supposed to show the technician called me back. He claimed my appointment was for that morning and he had showed but I was not there. I told him that that was completely not true as I was home all morning. He said I was a liar and that he was no where near me and couldn’t come out. Id have to reschedule another day with dispatch. When I called the dispatch back they again couldn’t get him on the phone. I told them I wanted my money back. She said ok fine. She would credit my card back the $ 69, and send me a confirmation email indicating it had been done within 20 min. An hour later I still had no email and I called back again. She put me on hold for 15 min came back and said give her 10 min and she would send it. Still no email has been sent, nor any credit to my card. I have filed a dispute with my credit card and a claim with the better business bureau.

Dishonest. Incompetent. Flakes. Total waste of time and money. I’m in utter disbelief that the manufacturer(Frigidaire) was giving out their number!

They came to my home on 05/31/2015 to repair my refrigerator. After collecting my money and claiming to fix the problem, my fridge still was not cooling. The repairman returned to my home the same day and told me the problem was too expensive to repair and I should just get a new fridge. It is now 07/17/2015 and I still have not received my refund from that day. I was told it was credited back to my bank account for the first few weeks and now I’m being told that they are mailing me a check from South Carolina for the past two weeks. They are dishonest and unreliable. Please never use them under any circumstances.

Awful customer service. Had them out to diagnose/fix a problem with my just over one year old Samsung refrigerator. Over a month later I’ve NEVER received a call back from them(after they collected $ 150.00 deposit from me and«ordered the part») but every time I’ve called them they«called Samsung and the part had been shipped». Yeah, right. Not sure if they are crooks or just terrible at customer service but I would not recommend them at all if you expect them to contact you.
