The restaurant is clean and the staff is welcoming. My only complaint is that the subs are consistently made each time. I am a vegetarian and when I came when they first opened the veggies on the veggie sub were sautéed until they were soft and they were bit-​sized. Now the veggies are HUGE which makes them uncomfortable to bite. So if the sub is made the same each time (including the condiments) they will do well and maintain their customers.

Clean location with quick service. The employees all seem friendly. Even during the rush at lunch, the organization was great. I always get the Firehouse Salad with chicken. Large portion with great taste.

Had the brisket and Philly Cheese steak sub very good and filing. Subs were done in a timely manner and the in store service was great. Lost one star for the phone taker tho she was not very helpful but she was in no way rude at all.
All — and — all great experience well be coming back.

I’m thrilled to see this business come to Douglasville! I’ve been a Subway fan for many years so I was hesitant to try something new. Guess what? This place blows their competition out of the water! I usually get the hook and ladder with cheese and mayo only. It’s addictive! Wish I had one of their subs right now. WTG Firehouse!
