staff is friendly and helpful. Usually a good selection though hate, hate, hate the way they skewer color-coded plastic tags so that clothes are ruined if they’re not careful — especially if it’s a knit item! Have come away with some good deals, especially with the 50% off discount for the selected color of the day… Try your luck!

I can never really find any good clothes or shoes at this location. But I am almost 6 feet tall so that is a difficult feat even at a regular store. This location does seem to have the occasional nice electronics. For example I purchased a Instyler Rotating Iron for $ 6, a Roomba Vacuum for $ 10 and a Hard Top Hair Dryer for $ 6. I have purchased some sporting items all under $ 10 and several kitchen items for under $ 10. They some times have nice handbags as well. So I stop by when I am in the area but it’s not my favorite place to shop for clothes. I should mention that the staff her are always friendly. Although they could some times use more than one cashier on the floor. But the wait in line is usually not long.

well well … something changed in this place… THEPRICES. I dont know who is determining and writing out the prices for this place, but whoever it is, somebody take away the charcoal pencil from this power-hungry money-driven goodwill associate: P … but seriously, I have gone three or more times and each time, I have walked away empty handed because they price their stuff too much! I found an old old, halfway broken, pink(that has faded to the color of a grandmother’s gums) with peeled off old stickers and such for 42BUCKS!!! what the heck? Not that I was interested in that item, but in the old days, something like that would have been like ten bucks! I never understood Goodwills and Salvation Armys who over priced donated goods! The clothes and such still have the same prices … but seriously … I need some tables ok? :) So there. Gee Willikers. Punch the price maker in the throat and mark down the prices ok? :P

Located right near Beall’s and Fred’s off Fairburn Road, I was pretty surprised at the massive size of this Goodwill. I’d been accumulating a clothing donation for months and finally piled up all my garbage bags filled with stuff to take over… If you’re dropping off, don’t go in through the main door. I made the mistake of thinking I might need to go in there to get a receipt, but it’s not necessary. Just pull up at the Donation Drop Off door; someone was outside immediately with a cart, ready to help me unload my car. He asked me how many receipts I needed, and I requested 2 since I had so much stuff(gotta love tax donation receipts you fill out yourself). It took minutes to handle everything; it was super efficient and easy. I meant to go back inside the main area to see what they had, but after finishing up with my drop off I just headed out. When I walked in to ask about a receipt, all I noticed were rows and rows(and rows!) of clothing items. I’m always one to try and find a unique and cool piece of secondhand furniture, but maybe another time…
