IHOP

My family and I love this location IHOP. The staff is great, so accommodating. The manager is great. We come here every weekend and love it. Service is quick and excellent, the food is always good. It is very clean too. I would highly recommend it.

I have always enjoyed this restaurant. They have a varied menu, something for every body. The service is good and friendly. Eating alone is comfortable. Good place for groups if you plan ahead. Nice place to meet friends to talk for extended times.

Anytime we come to this location our food is always good. Ate here this morning and enjoyed my breakfast. The food was all cooked well and we did not have to wait long for our order.
Our server was attentive and we had a good experience there.

The food is great. The waiters aren’t too attentive but the food is five stars. When you order… order all your food. It takes forever for the food to come out. They aren’t ²⁴⁄₇ … I thought ihop was 24 hours

Today I came in at 1:30 to get a Sampler TO GO. The Asian Hostess said it would be 15 minutes. So I sat by her podium and waited. It’s not until 30 minutes LATER i get my food; which eating it now, it’s cold, wet and soggy… not very pleasing for the money I had paid… also I had to be at work at 3pm, I didn’t get to swipe my card till 2pm… I work in buckhead, I was 13 minutes late… obviously this staff doesn’t care about wasting people’s time… I even told the host, «okay that sounds great, I really need to get this quick and head out.» She didn’t even tell me my food was ready… for all i know it could have been sitting there near the cashier for 15 minutes till the cashier asked «Hey is this your food?» I’m very pissed because again… my job was just threatened because I needed to eat and this place chose to drag it’s feet.
Also usually when I eat here, I have to remind my server (s) for refills, and ask for something simple like Jelly more than 3 times in the same sitting… I come from a restaurant background so i can understand (stared as a dishwasher and ended being a bar manager)…but so far this staff has shown nothing but laziness. Personally if my Girlfriend didn’t like the food so much, I would never come back. my time and money would have been better spent at mcdonalds.

Had a pleasant experience at the IHOP
In Douglasville. Very sweet attentive waitress, Olivia .Food was good & hot. Coffee was fresh it would have received 5 stars if they had not served my husband BURNT Bacon.

First read the inspection sheet and why they received the rating the did. 95 A. I didn’t see that until I was leaving and one of the problems was food not at the proper temperature and a few other gigs.
I walked over from Sound Proof as I was getting stereo equipment installed. I walked onto the parking lot and notice someone had spilled cooking oil in the parking lot and cars had tracked it throughout the lot. There was no sign of anyone even attempting to clean it up. That should have deterred me but I love those pancakes and biscuits and gravy.
I was seated. I ordered water, coffee, regular pancakes, biscuit and gravy. The food was good but the employees from the manager down look unkempt and sloppy. The coffee was extremely weak, lukewarm and watered down.
The carpet needed vacuumed and shampooed. The bathroom needed cleaning very badly. I’ve seen truck stops, mechanic shops and local park bathrooms cleaner than IHOP’s.
On checkout, I informed the cashier that I was military and asked for military discount. She didn’t know how to ring that up so another cashier came over to assist. They rang me up and I walked outside and looked at my receipt. NO DISCOUNT.
I went back in and the cashier was like, «oh I’m sorry about that.» How can you not notice you didn’t give someone a discount? So I had to wait on the manager who looked worse than his employees, only in a different color shirt, to fix the problem.
I don’t eat out often but I live in Douglasville, GA and I will never go back to that particular IHOP ever. To tell the truth, I haven’t really been impressed with IHOP as a whole at most of their locations other than in the Snellville area near the baseball stadium. That is the cleanest one yet and with good service.
I think I’ll stick with the local mom and pops restaurants for my pancakes and biscuits and gravy from now on. I did leave a tip though. So basically for $ 10 and a $ 2 tip, I got 5 pancakes, horrible coffee and 1 biscuit with gravy. Dave Ramsey would be ticked off at me for that.

Eaten here twice. It is a busy place, but they will get you in and out quickly. A clean and spacious restaurant. The customer service is very good. The staff is very professional, friendly, and hardworking. It also seem like they really enjoy their jobs which makes for a pleasant experience. The food is great. I pretty much go to IHOP for the Belgian Pecan Waffles. The only thing negative is that I think they cook the waffles a little too soon and by the time it is served to the customer, it is not piping hot. Will definitely eat here again.

Another place with nasty dirty baby seats still have not been to one place where they clean the baby high chairs

I had to go try their banana’s fosters french toast. Bryanna was our waitress. Very helpful and made sure we had what we needed. I make banana’s fosters at home and this french toast hit home for me.

It can be a hit or miss, sometimes the service is good and sometimes its the awful, and the food is the same way. I hope its a good day. lol

All I can say is the service was bad tonight. We were out in Douglasville and decided to stop and eat here. The food came out there was hair in the eggs I got. The grits had no taste even put lots of pepper on them did not help. Told the waitress about the hair with egg attached to it and she said what do you want me to do? Really we had a hard time getting her to refill our drinks. I was so looking forward for breakfast for dinner now just wished I would have drove on. We paid 21.75 for food I couldn’t eat. I don’t know I just can not seem to eat food after finding hair. With the waitress whom seem to to care. I will never be back!!! I will never waste my money again!!!

Service slow as DIRT… Another waitress saw us waiting and took our order for us because our waitress had a party of 10 in our section as well. You need to learn how to multitask baby girl! #tipless

This is my favorite location. I do visit the Hapeville location as well but this one always prepares my food and it looks just like the menu. I’m always amazed! They get a #1 sticker from me!!! I have not had anything from this menu that was not good. My BF has also eaten several items from the menu and loved it all. I have had Chicken and Steak Omelette, Hamburger, Steak meals, Grits, Pancakes. Even the tea is good.
