I went to pick up a order I purchased online. stood in line but got a very nice older lady. but then she had to get another person to get the item. Since it was a fitbit. S gentlemen name Juan came he was listening rushed off and brought back the wrong one. .
She called him back he once again talked over me and again not listening went and brought another one. I tried to say thanks to him. He would even look at me or respond nothing.. Then when she scanned it .yes wrong one again. she radioed Juan again. But he was busy gossiping to two other employees and never cared to help correct his other 2 errors. By now a line is forming behind me. Finally another associate came got it on first attempt.
As I walked out I noticed Juan doing nothing.
And I hope he figures out sooner then later that a smile or acknowledge mentioned
