I had a similar experience to Keith below, and also used them through my home warranty. My refrigerator was leaking water into my home. They didn’t call to schedule the service, but swore to me that they had. I took off from work to be home to meet the technician, who called with 10 minutes left in the 4-hour time window to say he would not be making it to my home that evening. We scheduled for the next morning, and he timely arrived. After several hours of investigating my refrigerator, the technician blamed me not installing the water filter properly for the leaking, when I assured to him that not only had I had installed it properly, but there was only one way to possibly slide it in. He left my home with the work incomplete and the water continued to leak. He came back several days later when I request return service, and shined a flashlight under the refrigerator and within 5 minutes stated that he had located a hole in the filter housing which was responsible for the leak! After blaming me for the leak and swearing that he had fixed the problem the first time, a simple look at the housing revealed the true problem! He says that he has ordered the part, yet another week has passed with no word from them. All the while, my refrigerator is steadily leaking water onto my hardwood floors and under my walls! The work has yet to be completed. I recommend you stay far away from this company, especially if your technician is named Anthony. He was a very friendly guy, but he did not satisfy my requirements for good work.

Very poor experience. Used the company through our home warranty but was very displeased. We were without an oven for over a month due to poor customer service. First, they never called to schedule the service as the warranty company instructed. I then called them to schedule. They came out and ordered a part but then didn’t call to schedule the installation so I once again called them to hear the person who answered tell me she had forgotten to call to schedule this. Once scheduled and I was prepared to miss work for repair, they called to tell me their truck broke down and they could not keep the appointment. He said they would do it next week but once again, no call to schedule. Save yourself some trouble and find another company!
