We received excellent customer service we came in during the busy holidays. The moment we walked in we were greeted and was told they would be right with us. Once we spoke to a clerk they broke down the services they offer for there wedding packages. We set up an appointment came back and again was given excellent customer service! I will keep you posted after our wedding because we decided we to rent from them.

My son and I stopped in the mall to visit this location recently to begin our search for prom attire 2013. I figured that it should be pretty simple, he needs a tux, thats what they specialize in, not much else to it.
First mistake, not speaking to a customer that enters your store.
We walk around for a few minutes, look at the section and then stand in the middle of the store hoping to obtain help. Initially upon entering, I noticed a man sitting at a desk located at the front of the store. He was sitting using a computer. The man never spoke or said anything. OK, maybe he doesnt work here I think. We proceed to walk around and look over the selection again. We see a worker helping someone and although she turns around and sees us, she doesnt bother to speak. So now I think, mistake number 2. This time the mistake is on us… guess we should have worn tuxedos to the tux shop to get help.
We then see one other employee who goes over to the female employee who I had just seen helping someone and starts talking to her.
This is when I decide to leave. I tell my son, let’s go and we head out.
I then remember that there is another Tuxedo shop in the mall, I asked security where it is located and she informs me that it has moved to the shopping center across the street. Against my better judgement and only because of my son being so excited, do we reenter Savvi.
This time we see the same man sitting at the computer.
No employees on the floor. So again we just stand there in the middle of the floor waiting for help.
Finally a man walks over and ask if we need help.
He was very kind and assisted us and answered questions. This fellow who I regret not remembering his name was not in the store the first time we entered. Only because of him being so helpful and polite will I give this location 2 stars.
I still decided not to rent from them and advised my son that we will go to MW instead.
