Upon walking in the building, there was church music playing loudly in the store. I am a firm believer in God and I don’t mind listening to it however the attitudes from the employees does not mix with the gospel. Not everyone believes in God and from my professional work place, I can’t even begin to play gospel although some could use it. I ordered a large cup of coffee and Felicia assisted me. No smile no greeting just politely pours the coffee and sits it on the counter. Another customer walks in, and she waits on him by taking his order and allowing him to pay his 27.00 bill opposed to my measly 1.00 coffee. I asked her if that was my coffee and she said yes and continued to write up her yellow tickets. I politely said never mind and walked out. NEVEREVERWILL I EVERSPENDMYMONEYINTHISPOORLYOPERATINGPLACEOFBUSINESS! I would fire the entire staff and start all over especially being that the doors are nasty as well as their attitudes.

Since my first review on this Waffle House, I have ate here few times but each time I go back, the experience seems to degrade every time. The last few visits here we have to wait a while to get anything to drink. Every time my wife asks her Hash browns to be cooked crispy, they never do. This morning she sent them back, as they were not cooked right and when they brought them back, they were still under cooked. Getting a refill on a drink seems next to impossible and just the over all quality of the food has gone down hill. I have to say, I do not think we shall be returning to this Waffle House.

The district manager contacted me about my recent experience. They’re going to look in to making corrective actions. Knowing the Waffle House corporation, they take these things seriously. I expect things to considerably improve from this point.
