i drive 9 miles and pass by 5 walgreens to get my medication from them, if they dont have it they order it and they work with you to make sure all the insurance info is ok and good about prior authorizations. i am absolutely in love with ebony and gaynell, they are a team that you can really count on!

If you’re just running in and out for a random item you’ll be fine. If you need a prescription filled, run don’t walk, to the Rite Aid on Chapel Hill Road!

The only reason why I come here is because I have a prescription in this store that has a coupon in their system that I cannot transfer to a different pharmacy. However, once that deal expires, I’m high-​tailing it somewhere else.
My photos never came out correctly, and when I picked it up, the store said that it is not ready since they shut down the machines early so they can go home early, so I have to come back the next day when it is convenient for their employees. I called the customer service and guess what? They gave me 20 prints for free for my troubles! whoop-​tee-​damn-​doo: a whopping $ 3.80 value?!? That is awesome— NOT!
The drive thru pharmacy line is also another thing. I understand this is no McDonald’s drive thru, but damn! 30 minutes per customer in line? Seriously? And their drive thru does not allow you to go around so if you have a car in front of you and behind, you are SOL. You’re stuck. Then, I will get these automated calls that says my prescription is ready and when I get there, it is NOT ready and I have to wait another 30 minutes.
Because of my troubles in this store, I decided to use the online system. I started ordering on their website, and whoa and behold, they got my orders all kinds of wrong as well! They offered a refund after 3 months of my order not coming in and no further compensation for my time. It took 3 months because the first time I called, the supervisor didnt do her job and now I have to take my time, yet again for walgreens, to correct their mistake.
My sister used to work for this company for 7 years and she loved this company. However, that was a few years ago and I do not blame the employees for not working well because I know they get paid jack crap.
So there you have it. Walgreens you are really falling behind. The corporate leaders of this company have gotten money hungry so they are holding out on their employees and the store and it compromises the quality of customer service. I once believed in this company, but now, I am driving an extra five miles to go to a CVS.

I’m disappointed in this store. I was excited to live right next to anything thats open 24hrs since sometimes, i can be a night person. I have a monthly prescription and I like the thought and being able to swing by here anytime. However, they have messed up so many times for me I just cant take it anymore. I removed by prescription from here, stopped printing photos, and just all in all not coming back anymore. I feel like I cannot trust the employee’s word and my time is not valued.
