I am extremely disappointed. I received a coupon in the mail from them for a 50% off a grooming. I thought this would be a great way to start my dogs with a groomer near by my house. I was very wrong. When I picked up my dogs they told me they were awesome and behaved so well. «Got an A on their report card.» After inspecting them, my husky was still covered in mats, that I asked them to remove. I found 3 large ticks on her and her face smelled. She was still wet and had black grease on her hind legs. To top matters off my other dog had ticks on him as well. To bathe and groom a dog, you must actually put your hands on them, which clearly was not done! So disappointed and will not be returning or recommending to anyone!
