This place is the best! Multiple group exercise formats (Zumba, Cardio Diva, Piloxing, Piloxing Barre, PiYo) Tabata Bootcamp and personalized one-​on-​one training.
I am in the bootcamp, which takes place 3 times a week — and I hit up other classes as well. The owner/​instructor, Jacinta, is amazing. She is energetic and motivating — and you can tell she really cares about her students and whether or not they meet their goals.
I honestly never thought I would be the kind of person who owns an entire drawer of «workout clothes» and actually looks forward to exercise, but 3DF got me there :)
In short: positive environment, great teacher, competitive pricing and convenient class times.
