What a lovely little tree farm. It’s in its humble beginnings and could turn into a lovely tradition as time goes on. We were greeted upon driving in and checked into an old barn. There, we were oriented on the process of selecting and tagging our trees. We were taken on a short 2 min wagon ride bout an acre into the farm. They had 4 varieties of trees and gladly offered to ride us to different parts of the farm. Once we picked and chopped our nearly symetrical blue fir, they helped us load it on the wagon and they prepped it for us to take home. We waited in the barn and helped ourselves to the complimentary hot chocolate, tea, cookies, even cheeses and olives. They also sold batches christmas themed cookies and snowman poop which was a cute touch. There is a campfire outside too if you want to watch the tree prep. We were shown the farm and got to pet some goats. I got a 8 foot tree for $ 50. We trimmed it a bit when we got home. Overall, it was easy to get to, fast service, nice barn and campfire, the staff was very kind and it was really… chill. Me like! No, it doesn’t have too many bells and whistles and it can definatley be more than what it is, but I truly loved what they did do, and want to support this farm. There was a lot of attention to detail and people willing to help. Everyone starts small. I will come back again.
