I rented from Arthur Thomas and it was great! They were really responsive with questions and concerns. I called a lot and they always answered their phone. We needed maintenance on a few things and each time they were very prompt and no funny charges or anything. The property itself was exactly as advertised, no issues there. Plus, my roommates & I needed a 5-month lease and Jeff (who is an angel) worked with the owners to make that happen for us. Pretty groovy.
PS: The only advice I would give is to always make sure you take timestamped photos of all rooms, scuffs, damages, how much oil is in the tank when you move in, etc. BEFORE you move in. That isn’t really specific to Arthur Thomas, but we did have a spot of confusion at the end and having photos really helped clear it up! Take my advice! Don’t be a buffoon!

Once the sale is made the smiles end. They are not helpful and truly showed their colors. Spend your commission elsewhere.

I wish I could give a negative star review. My son rented an apartment from Arthur Thomas Properties on Back River Road in Dover, NH, and it was filled with black mold. We had to throw away mattresses, bedding, curtains and other things. I became sick with a respiratory infection that lasted a month after spending four hours in there trying to clean it out. They also had mice! My son complained to management and they came and sprayed the ceiling in his bathroom for mold. The mold was everywhere, the ceilings, the walls and floors! They never did anything to rectify the mouse problem. Terrible landlords and a terrible property!!!
