Ice cream was great, but the toilet paper was even better!!! The TP was patterned, plush, and overall an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Some of the best ice cream in Pennsylvania! I won a tub of their peanut butter and it was delicious!!! Megan was very helpful behind the ice cream bar when we ordered. I recommend trying this place out!

Great homemade ice cream! Did not get any food during this trip but the ice cream is what they are known for! Try the black cherry– it’s famous with the locals!

Decent food. I always order the cheeseburger sub and my fiancé gets the pulled pork sandwich. Lady’s are very nice and cheerful. They now started serving soft serve ice cream which is nice but I order a large for my fiancé and a small for me… They were the same size just cost different prices. Wasn’t too happy about that.

The ice cream flavor was alright. I wanted a chocolate sundae, and they look confused and said, «Chocolate syrup?» I said yes. Chocolate ice cream and chocolate syrup? Sure, I love chocolate.
They gave me Vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup.
Is it impossible to comprehend an ice cream sundae without vanilla? What? Are you serious? I specifically said a chocolate sundae. I know they HAVE chocolate ice cream. Then they’re supposed to all ask what toppings I’d like. Who trained them???
It tasted fine until I found TWO WHITE HAIRS in my ice cream. That’s disgusting.
My friend ordered banana peanut butter. It was basically banana ice cream with frozen chunks of peanut butter. Like, large, mouthfuls of peanut butter that he couldn’t even fit in his mouth. He had to wait for it to melt before being able to bite it.
The burgers were plain, and small.
Service was stale. Lots of old people hang out here.
Would not go again.

Besides the fact that they have no good food anymore, they also can’t seem to manage inventory.
We have been there about 6 times or so over the last 6 months (we used to go multiple times a week). Most of the time they are out of ice cream toppings.
On multiple occasions, they have been out of peanut butter cups, Reese’s pieces, etc. it’s frustrating that they can’t keep something simple as candy in stock. There are too many other good alternatives to keep going here.
Something changed 3 – 4 years ago to make this a poorly ran place.

This IS the place to go in Dover. Always went here to celebrate after football games. Handles food allergies very well to.

Line can be long but it moves quickly. Best «real» ice cream around — no question about that. Puts that «machine mix» dairy queen stuff to shame. Friendly service and also serves decent burgers, chicken tenders, etc. Also, mini-​golf is next door if you’re in the mood.
A great family place for sure.

Great place for old fashioned ice cream. I’m a huge fan of anything peanut butter. Waffle cones are a plus and every desert gets topped with a snack pretzel.
They’re food selection is your typical burger/​hot dog joint. Though they do have great fries as well and offer vinegar dip if so choose.
They sell ice cream in bulk as well
