Came in for a cup of coffee and now waiting 21 minutes for a cup of coffee. I like the coffee but why offer it if ordering it, is going to be a problem. I’m leaving right now without the coffee I paid for because I keep asking employees for my coffee and no one is getting it.

Very courteous, helpful staff. Very clean! My grandkids love this place and we have been to quite few different locations. The menu has a wide variety that my grandsons, who have food allergies, can actually eat a meal here. We go there often and they love the play room!

Apparently at this CFA location, the employees have difficulty counting. A 6-count kids nugget meal contained only 4 pieces and a 12-count nugget entrée contained only 11.

We LOVE Chick Fil A, but this has to be the WORST set up/system. We came around 2:00 pm on a Saturday and the wait in the drive through took us over 25 minutes!!! (Really, no joke. Timed).
Now, once we waited through the line and watched the people in the car in front of us act stupidly, the young guy who took our order was very pleasant and efficient. Our food was received hot and delicious, but trust me … We will NOT be back through this drive/thru any time soon. :-(

The only fast food place I truly love. They have good quality food. This location has the friendliest staff of any location I have been to, which is saying a lot since this company as a whole had some of the best staff you can find.

This place is immaculately clean. We live nearby and have never been there without a table wiped. The staff is ridiculously polite and friendly. The play area is smaller than some restaurants, but always clean. Food is just as good as all restaurants.

Yeeeee-haw! Yet another excellent outpost of Good ‘Ol Christian Chicken!
From what I remember this stop happened during our run to VA Beach as the rest of the crew insisted upon stopping at the first thing that we found. Lo and behold that was going to get used against them for another CFA stop to curb my fetish for their plump and juicy meat along with their Stepfordish service that should be the envy of the industry.
All was great with two exceptions:
1. If I remember correctly the place was mobbed and parking was a challenge.
2. The only seats available were these high top tables that they had wedged against a set of windows down the corridor that leads to the back door & the bathrooms. Quite tight with people passing by and a bit on the odiferous side but hey, it beat standing.
Overall this CFA does the chain proud.
