Spectacular room. Clean, modern and the bed was super comfortable. Front desk and house keeping staff were pleasant and accommodating. When in Dover, make sure this you lay your head here. Close to shopping and dining

I’m so happy that my family will join me in my Unilocaling fun. Instead of insisting that we skip this hotel and give a different one a try, they agreed that it would be fun to see the upgrades to this particular Comfort Suites. I’m happy to add an extra star to my former review. This is still no more than an inexpensive, few frills hotel, but the renovations have made it into a much nicer place to lay our heads for a few nights while visiting family in the area. I did not take photos of my room, as the photos here were a good representation of my accommodations. We had a king room with a pull out twin sofa bed. Cozy enough for my family of three, though it gets harder to convince the teenager to accept the pull out bed just so I can have a big comfy bed. We traveled with our cats this time, and the hotel was able to accommodate them for a $ 25 charge per night. They have a limited number of pet friendly rooms, but the desk clerk was happy enough to help us alter our reservations when he realized that we’d been booked into a non-pet room. Breakfast is the standard waffle and egg disc available at most hotels in this price level. The big excitement for our morning was the day we thought we would have strawberry waffles and had cinnamon instead. Woohoo. Coffee, Lipton’s tea, hot chocolate, and fruit juices were available in the morning, and coffee and tea were available throughout the day. So why not more than 3 stars? Because there are still better places to stay nearby, especially if you are not traveling with pets. The price spent($ 100 per night, plus pet fee) would have bought me a better night’s sleep and a much nicer breakfast just down the road. This isn’t a bad choice, especially if you can snag one of the jacuzzi rooms, but it is worth calling around and opening your mind and wallet to other options.

I forgot to check in but the stay was really nice. The room was very clean and everything worked. We had a great view from the 3rd floor and sleeping with the stars is always a plus. The jacuzzi was amazing and so refreshing and relaxing. I strongly suggest room #323.

Stayed here this weekend with my family. Breakfast was great, the hotel rooms were modern. That’s about all I can say was positive. The extra bed sheets were stained with lord knows what. The second night we stayed, there was only a top sheet for the pull out bed, and since there was a full set the night before, I knew there is suppose to be two. Went downstairs to ask for another one, the gentlemen working insisted there isn’t suppose to be two. Ok, wasnt going to argue with him. I did ask for an extra blanket though, and the desk attendant told me he would have to go out of his way for it, and did I really want it. I insisted and he grudgingly went and got it. Gee, thanks for the customer service. Now, my boyfriend had been staying in the hotel for a couple days before we had arrived, and he complained about how unhappy he was with the hotel choice.

We have stayed here 3 times. Once was more than 2 yrs ago before any renovations started. Renovations are underway on the 2nd floor, and they are not renting those rooms. The third floor has been mostly renovated, but it is still not done. The furniture is all modern and clean, they have the headboard lights, and beautiful décor. However, they still haven’t replaced the curtains or doors. So it is a mis match. The staff is very nice, and the breakfast is great. For the price, we will definitely stay there again. They are only $ 1-$ 2 more per night than the cheapos down the street, so it is a much better deal. Once all of the renovations are done, it will be the best hotel on the block. The free wifi and the free hot breakfast are great. Elevator is small and old and hopefully will be replaced when the renovations are done.

I think this hotel is appropriately rated as a 2 — 2.5 star hotel. Our room was clean and functional, however, I think the breakfast was less than appetizing. We booked on Priceline and at $ 50ish, I give 4 stars. If we had paid $ 100, I would have given 1 – 2 stars.

Not bad. We just got back from overseas deployment on our way back home and stopped here overnight. Much better than overseas deployment desert accommodations. Only real complaint is the bathtub being slightly more than not clean. Not filthy but was looking forward to taking a bath in the oversized tub until I got a closer look and noticed that it wasn’t clean. I give a little leeway because we had 52 people check-in at once and I was living in a tent for the past 4 months. I know that doesn’t excuse the condition of the bathtub, especially seeing that others have experienced the same thing, but there it is.

Hotel staff was not helpful. They couldn’t find my reservation. The room they gave me was gross. The shower was a handicapped shower and it looked like they haven’t cleaned it for weeks. Dust all over. The man working the front desk was super rude when I asked to change rooms. I will never stay here or any other comfort suites again.

Mrs Loretta went above and beyond in helping my wife and I find a room room even though messed up our reservations. Will always stay here when I’m in town.
