Culligan Water Conditioning of Dover

I inquired over the Internet with Culligan about a water treatment system for my new home. I was forwarded to Sharp Water Culligan out of Dover, DE and these guys were great! I spoke with a office personnel and they scheduled Chris to visit my home to test our water to see how and if it needed to be treated. He spent a good deal of time at my home explaining the different issues you could have with well water (I have never owned a home with a well) and he presented my options and did not try the typical upsell that you find with water treatment companies. I saw numerous videos on YouTube on how water treatment companies take advantage of homeowners and intentionally modify the tests to sell you a more expensive system.
I met with one other organization that also tested my water and gave me similar findings. Culligan had the system installed within 3 business days and the installer was polite and efficient. He explained how the system worked and showed me how to maintain the unit. I would recommend this organization to any of my friends/​family.

We have refillable Culligan bottles that we’ve had for years and fill at the local Walmart, where they have a Culligan dispenser machine. Over the past few months, we’ve cracked two, and we’ve not been able to find them in stock at Walmart since, so we finally went to the actual Culligan store to get some new ones. Friendly service, happy to inform us about their delivery service when I asked for details, but not pushy at all. And now we’re back to having three jugs, not one.
